Within the Jardins de Jade estate, secured 24/7, on the Ourika road, Villa Nalia is the sunniest villa on the estate and the one with the largest pool. 15 minutes (10 km) from central Marrakech and 5 minutes from the golf course and Beach Clubs, it welcomes up to 10 guests in 4 King-size suites. The kids bounce away on the trampoline, the grown-ups line up rounds of ping-pong, and everyone meets up in the pool: here, every day is spent in the sun, together as a family.

Living Spaces
The living room, with its 65-inch Smart TV and large dining table, is the heart of the home: everyone gathers here for meals and evenings alike. The media room and its big screen give video-game fans a space of their own, while the others relax in the lounge.
The high-end kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a blender.

Each suite has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, a Smart TV (Netflix and international channels), air conditioning and yoga and prayer mats. A guest toilet completes the layout. Bed linen and towels provided.

Pool & Outdoors
The large 8 x 7 m square pool, lined with sun loungers, enjoys the best sun exposure on the estate. For the hottest hours, the shaded outdoor lounge and the balconies offer open views of the Atlas Mountains.
Pool heating on request: €60/day for the entire stay, to be booked at least 72h in advance; pre-heating days are free of charge.

Service & Dining
Your housekeeper is on site every day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for cleaning and cooking. She can prepare meals at the villa (groceries included):
- Full brunch: €10 per adult
- À la carte lunch or dinner: €15 per adult
- Full board: €20 per adult per day
- Meals free for children

Important Details & House Rules
Formalities: in line with Moroccan law, a passport copy for every adult guest must be sent to us at least 24h before arrival.
Visitors: only guests registered on the booking may access the villa. Any outside visitor must be approved in writing at least 24h in advance, with ID; otherwise, visits are not allowed.
Parties & events: strictly forbidden, unless expressly approved in writing by the host.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, out of respect for the neighbours.
Pets welcome. A refundable pet deposit of €300 is requested when you travel with a pet.
Non-smoking indoors: cigarettes, vapes and shisha are allowed outdoors only. A €500 fee applies if smoke odour or marks are found inside.
Linen: any towel stained or damaged (sun cream, cosmetics) will be charged €15.

Guest Access
The entire villa is yours exclusively: the living room, media room, kitchen, the 4 suites with their bathrooms, the balconies, the outdoor lounge, the private pool and the trampoline. Only the pool's technical room is reserved for staff.

Other Things to Note
Formalities: in line with Moroccan law, passport copies of all adult guests must be provided at least 24h before arrival. For each booking, you will be asked to confirm the identity of all guests and to sign a rental agreement electronically.
Capacity: 10 guests maximum. Only guests registered on the booking may access the property. Any outside visitor must be approved in writing 24h in advance, with ID.
Tap water is not drinkable.
As the property is located in a hot climate, small insects (mosquitoes, ants, etc.) may occasionally appear despite regular treatments and maintenance. Our team is always available to help.
