Durch Corona war es leider nicht möglich nach Marrakesch zu reisen. Mein Geld habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten.!!!!!

Das Riad ist schön hergerichtet, eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr sehr gute Küche (gegen nicht wenig Geld!). Das personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war winzig und roch sehr stark modrig. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist deshalb nicht fantastisch. Das Frühstück ist ok aber nicht grandios.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Einrichtung und insbesondere die Dachterasse sind total gemütlich und schön. Unser Zimmer war recht klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber für den Preis total in Ordnung. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Frühstück nach marokanischer Art ebenfalls sehr gut. Nachteil: Restaurant ist auf der Dachterrasse und nicht geschlossen und mitte Januar ist es halt sehr kalt. Heizstrahler helfen ein wenig. Das Badezimmer hatte Schimmel. Wir wechselten das Zimmer. Im zweiten Zimmer ging die Dusche nicht richtig. Zimmer mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und spartanisch ausgestattet. Zum Schluss: die Lage ist sehr zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Team war ein Traum, sie waren die Seele des Hotels. Ich war sehr viel in der Welt unterwegs und das ist das beste Riad/Hotel. Sie haben mir dabei geholfen meine Frau einen Heiratsantrag zu machen, wir waren zu viert im Hotel. Der General Manager Mr Mouhcine spricht ein hervorragendes Englisch, ist sehr herzlich und konnte uns alle Fragen beantworten. & Viele Tipps geben. Ich werde öfters kommen. Vorbei Dank

Truly a gem, right in the heart of the old city of Marrakech. (Medina) you are right near to the main square, and the Cafe de France, which is the main meeting point for most tours. The staff is beyond amazing, and the food is great. Zakaria is one of the best I’ve ever come across, and that’s coming from someone who travels a lot. All in all, if you are looking for an authentic Moroccan experience, this is the perfect place.

basic amenities
we were a large group and some were in the main hotel however some were round the corner in another building, including me. The rooms here were very very basic. I was given a padlock to lock the door. the doors were hard to close and just a simple latch, no wardrobe, hairdryer, bedside table, no lighting in the dark alleyway to get there - had to use my phone light. The room was spotlessly clean though, the shower was hot and i had clean bedding and towels everyday. two of our group felt they couldn't stay there and had to leave to find more suitable accommodation with more amenities. for a small uplift you can get full 5 star hotels very close by.

O Riad é muito bonito, tem um rooftop fantastico. A localização do riad é ótima, mesmo no centro da Medina, perto dos souks. Isto faz com que seja um local com muitos turístas e movimentação mesmo durante a noite o que acaba por ser bom em Marrakesh. O pessoal do Riad é muito simpático, deu imensas dicas para passar a semana em marrakesh, como quanto devemos pagar por um táxi, os restaurantes, sites para comprar bilhetes para atrações, o que não devemos fazer em marrakesh. No entanto a piscina não parecia muito limpa, os lençóis da cama pareciam mal lavados, a casa de banho não estava completamente higienizada. Neste Riad fomos enganados, nobre nos cobraram 60 MAD por dois cafés (perto dos 6 euros) no entanto no terminal de multibanco colocaram 60 EUR e não reparamos, só apenas mais tarde quando não pudemos regressar ao Riad, por isso tenham por favor atenção para não acontecer convosco.

Very Moroccan hotel.
It had a lot of character and is very typical Moroccan style hotel. The personal were very friendly and helpful. It is close to the main square, Jemaa Elfna. You have to walk down a long alley to get to the hotel. They have two buildings and the second one is down another alley and the room there was not as nice.

This Riad was clean, nice and conveniently located close to the main plaza. Tons of shopping and dining in the area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially Zachariah!

All in all a good choice, but the rooms are small and you may be placed in an alternative building without notice. The staff is very friendly, but you will be hard pressed to get recommendations for restaurants, etc. that are not affiliated with the hotel.

Tres mauvaise experience
Chambre minuscule, aucune insonorisation dans les chambres (vous entendez tout et je dis bien tout y compris les bruites de pas et les chuchotements dans le couloir), les portes grinces, la clim lâche de l'eau à l’intérieur de la chambre, l’évacuation de la douche était bouchée (ce que on nous réponds que nous devons retirés le couvercle du siphon à la main pour laisser sortir l'eau...). Je vous déconseille vivement de commander un taxi auprès de la réception car littéralement du vol. la réception travaille avec des chauffeurs privé qui sont hors de prix et qui arrivent en retard... Nous avons du prendre un taxi à l’extérieur et avons galérer à nous faire rembourser auprès de l'hôtel. Visiblement d'après certains chauffeurs rencontrés devant l'établissement ils ont l'habitude d'agir de cette façon avec les touristes. Je vous laisse imaginer le stress quand vous devez prendre l'avion. C'est clairement loin d'être un hôtel de luxe. bref très mauvaise expérience.

I like only location of the Riad. Their service is very bad and rooms are worst. Small, darty, We booked 4 rooms. All bathrooms have bad smell. All rooms are very small. Breakst is kind of okay. But portion size is small. We have to ask every time for each item and then only they provide with unhappy face. If somebody wants to stay at this location then this is good but not good as a hotel.

Séjour entre amis, 15 personnes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Riad. Le personnel est adorable, serviable et attentif mais pas habitué à la gestion d un groupe de personne. Le Riad mériterait un petit coup de rénovation dans les chambres mais nettoyage au top ! Petit bémol, pas de bouteille d'eau dans les chambres :! tout se paye. Nous avons fait le Hammam massage. La séance Hammam est plus un soin de 20min qu un véritable Hammam mais très bien et le massage est parfait . Très bon séjour au Riad

Beautiful riad right off the jemma el fna square. This puts in it in 15-30 min walk from all the main attractions. Hotel staff are wonderful (speak many languages - I heard french, arabic, english there might be others). They will sit you down upon arrival to see how long you'll be in town, recommend and book if you like restaurants depending on what you're looking for, recommend and book if you like excursions, and just make sure you have a quality stay and see and experience as much as possible within your means. They'll answer any questions, and book transport as well if you choose. Only caveat was that our room was level one closest to the front desk and we heard all the coming and going traffic. That being said usually by midnight it was quiet through around 8am, so adjust your sleep schedules accordingly or use headphones/white noise like I did and you'll be fine.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l’hôtel. Tout était parfait et le personnel accueillant et chaleureux, toujours disponible et prêt à aider. Magnifique décoration authentique et hôtel à 2 minutes de la place Jema El-Fna mais dans une ruelle calme.

Pésimo servicio. Te venden un espacio y al final nos metieron en otro hotel que decían que era el mismo pero estaba fatal. Pedimos una reservación en el desierto y solicitamos con servicio dentro y nos aseguraron que así sería y nada nos vendieron algo que no era. Pésimo todo estoy muy molesta . Deseo mi devolución de mi dinero del hitel y del servicio contratado con ellos del desierto . Todo mal ! Los odio

The place is very dated and it’s not maintained well. We booked the “ best room” according to them and we were not very satisfied with the condition of the room. It was too dark and dated. There were cracks and stains on the floor and and the bed was old and crooked. The pool is way to small for swimming and since it’s located in the lobby it’s way too crowded. The breakfast is okay. The staff are very friendly but you can tell they don’t have hospitality training. I wouldn’t go back.

Awesome experience
Our stay at Riad Jemma El Fna was great since the first moment. Upon arriving to the hotel our driver wasn't able to get us to the door because the street was closed due to some street market or something, so he called the hotel and they sent someone to pick us and get us there safely. All the staff was so attentive, helpful and welcoming during our stay! They even gave us a couple of tips regarding where to go & which restaurant to attend. Our room was cleaned daily & fresh towels provided, the riad was spotless. The daily breakfast was very well served, different options available each day and more than enough to get us ready for a full day exploring the city. No doubt if we ever come back to Marrakech, we will be staying here again.

All the staff at Riad Jemaa El Fna & Spa were exceptionally courteous especially Abdul and Oussama. Wish I could give more than 5 stars just for them. They were informative, kind, helpful gracious and protective. They saw to all our needs and give us really good recommendations. The Riad itself is gorgeous, ideally situated just off the medina in old Marrakech. I highly recommend staying here while in Marrakech.

Riad sympa mais chambre horrible!!!
Le riad est très sympa, surtout ses terrasses, mais la chambre dans laquelle nous étions était horrible!! Elle sentait très mauvais, on a ait 25cm pour passer et atteindre la SDB, la porte de la douche est restée coincée, je ne pouvais plus sortir, le matelas est extrêmement inconfortable, les couvertures disparates sont vieilles et font sales, il y avait même une culotte sale quand je l'ai étalée sur le lit!!!

They told me there were bedbugs in my room and transferred me to another hotel that was poor quality compared to what I booked. The staff at the other hotel Safran and Cannelle were rude and violent with me when I changed my mind about staying there and decided to leave. Jemma Elfna was not helpful when the situation got violent and the owner tried to fight me

I didn't realize there are two building. I felt like I was at the 'other'; I even had to double check it was the same riad. This riad is all about convenience and location. It felt more like a hotel riad than a boutique homely riad.

Première fois à Marrakech, première fois en Riad et certainement pas la dernière. Nous avons été accueillis et chouchouté comme des princesses pendants tout notre séjour. Un Riad magnifique avec ses deux terrasses, une décoration de dingue. On se sent tellement comme à la maison qu’on a pas envie de partir.. Un énorme merci à Hamza et Rachid pour toute leur bonne humeur et tout nos moments partagés ensemble, merci également à tout le reste de l’équipe. Je reviendrais c’est certain. Ne changez rien, vous êtes au top !

Muito aquém do que promete
Quarto muito apertado, limpeza não foi muito bem feita, restaurante muito caro, banheiro sem janelas nem exaustor. Estrutura nada luxury, fotos enganam. Ao menos o atendimento é muito bom com pessoal bem atencioso. Não voltaria pois não vale o preço.
