„We asked for a family room.
This room appeared to be a room which only fits a double bed.
The kids "beds" are 2 small mattresses on the floor. There was no space to even get one foot on the floor.
Not suitable for family's at all
We had called to make sure everything is prepared.
Arrived at 21 hours entered the room. Only 1 doublebed...nothing else.
It took 1h to make the floor mattresses ready.
Unfriendly staff
Pool kids often not allowed in and too loud music
No cupboard.

„Tolles businesshotel; leider konnte einer im Hotel gekaufter Voucher für Frühstück nicht rückgebucht werden. Im Zimmer war ein QR Code um das Frühstück zu buchen; es war jedoch inclusive. Dieser konnte jedoch auch nicht auf Kulanz für Dinner etc. verwendet werden, was eigentlich Schwachsinn ist“
