„The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and in super condition, the bedrooms are great so everyone can enjoy some quiet time and privacy. Loads of beach gear provided, games as well. Location convenient to get to beach, shopping, mainland bridge, boat trips and eating out. Very much enjoyed the evening sun sitting on the swing on the front porch.“

„I and my friends had a great stay at Sailor's Rest in Chincoteague, VA. It was the perfect place to relax, cook, and enjoy a long weekend. The house is within a short driving distance from everything (and you can walk too) and the beach is just 3 miles away. I would recommend for anyone wanting a weekend away in Chincoteague.“

„House was lovely with fabulous views, but AC didn't work. The fans in the hallway told us that the owner knew they have an issue. Upstairs bedrooms were unbearable. Rental agency offered to move us, but the other properties didn't border the water or have of the lighthouse. Requested a discount and never heard back from them. “

Its a very cute little place. There was never a claim to be a luxury, upscale rental. Yes there could be a few updates. The air conditioner worked fine for us in a heatwave.
