„The hotel was really impressive as location (former hospital from the 16th century), however we stayed in the newer part. The room was spacious and comfortable, personally I didn't like the color concept (a lot of dark brown) which seemed a bit out of date. I slept really good though and the breakfast was everything you would need. Overall would recommend to stay there“

"Es ist ein ungewöhnlicher Ort, der einen in die Zeit der 70er zurückreisen lässt. Der Pool ist ein Traum und das Hotel sehr atmosphärisch. Sicher müsste man einiges instandsetzen, was ich auch empfehle, aber trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück allerdings war etwas traurig. Aufgeschnittenes Obst und Pancakes nur am Wochenende (warum?). Pancakes, aber ohne Puderzucker oder Ahornsirup? Müsli, aber nur Cornflakes und Crunchy Zeug, wo sind die Haferflocken? es muss kein überbordendes Frühstück sein, aber ein wenig mehr Liebe..."
"Das Hotel ist schön angelegt, weitläufig und ruhig.
Das Personal ist freundlich, jedoch unterbesetzt und heillos überfordert. (Uns wurde gesagt, dass es schwer sei Personal zu finden, da das Hotel sehr abgeschieden liegt)
Es sind viele Familien mit Kindern da, die wie wir leider nicht die auf der Homepage versprochenen Installationen nutzen konnten. Es zieht ein kräftiger und kalter Wind durch die gesamte Anlage. Bei Ankunft stellte sich raus, dass die Außenpools entgegen der offiziellen Angaben nicht geheizt sind und der Innenpool nur für Erwachsene geöffnet ist. Das Meer ist kalt und hat am Hotelstrand gefährliche Strömungen, sodass wir keine Möglichkeiten hatten schwimmen zu gehen. Der Kids Club und die Pool Bar werden gerade erst gebaut und Baulärm schallt an den Pool und den Spielplatz.
Dazu kommen Kleinigkeiten, wie dass die Duschen am Pool nicht funktionieren. Es kaum Mülleimer auf der Anlage gibt. Die Zimmer nur Teilgereinigt wurden und an manchen Tagen auch erst um 18:00 Abends.
Am Frühstück gibt es 2 Nespressomaschinen von denen eine keine Milch gezogen hat, sodass lange Schlangen am Kaffe entstehen.
Zudem fordert das Hotel einen an verschieden Stellen zu ,,green choices” auf und nutzt dann aber Kaffe Kapseln…
Die Orte in der Umgebung sind wunderschön und es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe."

The only thing that was a bit inconvinient was (and i dont know if that is the case in every room or maybe just ours): we were not able to change AC/ Fan/ Room temperature with the touchscreen, every option was locked. so every time it got to warm or too cold we needed to bother the staff of front desk that they would chance the settings via central system. They did it each time without any issues, but I think for both sides it is just an inconvinence. Also don't know if it even could be changed or linked to a central system that in general could only be changed by front desk. But everything else was just perfect. If we visit Braga again, this is our first choice."
"Der historische Teil des alten Klosters in dem man auch frühstückt ist super. Die Zimmer sind allerdings in einem Anbau des Gebäudes (zumindest die meisten) und die Anmutung ist mehr wie in einem Businesshotel und weniger was wir von einem schönen Urlaubshotel erwarten würden.
Das Frühstück war o.k. aber nicht überragend was die Qualität der angebotenen Ware angeht. Trotzdem würden wir es empfehlen, da die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt. "

"Very nice apartment in a quiet residential area. Basically, it's the full first floor - huge. Everything clean, nice furniture and tasteful decoration. A beautiful garden, and very well maintained with lots of flowers.Conversation with the landlord always friendly. Also, nice location of the house, directly on the pilgrimage route from Porto to Santiago de Compostella. Some hikes can be undertaken directly from the house."

Fußläufig ist alles in Viana zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man auch innerhalb einer halben Stunde bei einem Wasserfall. Vigo Spanien ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. "

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkte: Die weinrote Fassade des Hotels reicht, die vier Wände des Zimmers in demselben Rot war etwas zu viel. ;-)
