"Die Angestellten sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich finde das Hotel ist auch gut gelegen. Der Al Shaheed Park ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und auch die Wassertürme am Meer kann man ohne Probleme zu Fuss erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Das Bett ist gross und bequem. Der Lärmschutz der Eingangstüre in den Gang ist aber miserabel, man hört alles! Es war sehr kühl im Zimmer und mit der Klimaanlage konnte man nicht heizen. Als ich es der Lobby meldete, bekam ich aber sehr schnell eine elektrische Heizungen ins Zimmer gestellt. Der Geräuschpegel der Lüftung ist relativ hoch auch wenn sie abgeschaltet ist - das fand ich schon sehr mühsam. Ich musste Ohrstöpsel zum schlafen benutzen (bin aber auch etwas empfindlich auf Lärm). Im Restaurant sind die meisten Sachen auf der Karte gar nicht verfügbar, das wo es aber gibt ist sehr gut.
