Divine & Spacious Marina Village 2 Bedroom Condo Close to Waterfront

Imagine a beautiful natural bay surrounded by green hills, crystal clear water, a small sandy beach, palm trees and being close to the waterfront.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Marina Village, at the heart of Marigot Bay and just footsteps from restaurants and bars. As our guests, you benefit from free use of the two swimming pools at the neighboring Zoetry Wellness and Spa Resort. If you prefer the beach, then Sand Spit beach is just a 2-minute water ferry ride across the bay. The perfect spot to read under a tall palm tree, swim, snorkel or hire water sports equipment.

Both bedrooms are of a good size and have en-suite shower rooms. The large master bedroom has a King size bed and second bedroom with twin beds but can be made into a King size bed on prior request. Both bedrooms have Juliette balconies

The open plan lounge/dining area has a comfortable sofa and chairs with a dining table area. There is a smart TV and free wi-fi. The living room has double doors leading out to the small furnished balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The fitted kitchen has all the modern conveniences such as dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker

Set in The Marina Village with its pretty New England styling, the balcony overlooks the courtyard and towards the bay. Guests have use of all the mod cons you would need for a holiday home including air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans and laundry facilities.

The apartments are set around the central square which is the heart of the marina village with an attractive café/restaurant called Hurricane Hole built over the water to maximize the view. Here you can relax and socialize with other guests, locals and those staying on the boats moored up nearby. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, supper or an evening drink. There are also other restaurants and bars dotted around the bay which cater for all tastes and budgets.

Marigot Bay is a great location if you want to chill out, have a romantic break, family fun, love watching boats, enjoy water sports or to use it as a base to explore this wonderful tropical island. We promise you that you will want to come back again!

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. Having access to the pools and gym at the Zoetry Hotel was a big bonus. Marigot Bay is a wonderful area with great restaurants.

It's in a perfect location with additional access Zoetry Resort as well as the independent restaurants near the marina without renting a vehicle. Can arrange for scuba diving and other boat trips right at the marina. Host was very communicative and would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Lovely spot in Marigot Bay. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped for a family trip. We loved having use of the pool and gym at the beautiful Zoetry hotel next door. The apartment is conveniently located across the street from two tour companies which we used to book local excursions including a day trip to Soufrerie and a catamaran cruise. The one downside is that food options near by are limited to restaurants. We stopped at a grocery store on our way from the airport but there is no grocery in Marigot Bay itself (contrary to what Google Maps suggest). We ended up eating at nearby restaurants more than we had planned. My advice for future travellers is, if you will not have a car for your trip, to stock up completely before arrival.

The condo looks exactly as it is advertised. There was plenty of room for 2 couples, the condo was quite well stocked with utensils, dishes, appliances etc. The scenery in the area is beautiful, the small beach at Marigot Bay was fine for swimming, but definitely is a small beach area. Having access to the pools at Zoetry was great!! We had a couple of minor issues, with things we required at the condo, but this was looked after very quickly by the property manager.She was excellent!! There are 3 sets of fairly steep steps up to the condo, so this would be an extreme challenge if you have mobility issues. The balcony was quite small, but had a fairly good view of the Bay.

We loved our holiday staying here. A perfect two bedroom, comfortable space with good beds and useful kitchen. We particularly liked the Zoetry pool, spending many hours there on multiple days. There is much to do in Marigot Bay and St Lucia. Good restaurants too.

AMAZING location. AMAZING amenities. I could not recommend this place enough. You have access to the Zoetry which would otherwise cost you 3x the price to stay at. A short walk (down many stairs and up 2 steep hills but you get your steps in!) and you are at their pool. Right below the apartments is a very good touristy restaurant. Across the street and across the Bay are great local places, Chateau Mygo, DooLittles and Roots (on the beach). Only downside is there are no cabinet locks to keep children out of cabinets. We had to remove all cleaning chemicals from under the cabinet because they store it all under the kitchen. Under the couches and under the kitchen cabinets were very dusty but understandable. AC units in each bedroom and in living room which kept the entire place very cold even during very hot days. I wish there was more than a thin white sheet to cover up with when sleeping but luckily we had brought blankets for the plane. Easy to contact, had so many recommendations on excursions and boat rentals. Book your stay here and you will not regret it! We hope to come back soon and are going to look into long term stays if possible. Thank you again!

Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was unfortunate that there was refurbishing work in the near by apartment, which made the surrounding dirty and dusty. The stairs and hand rails were covered in brick dust.The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed, and the local contact was very helpful.We would not have a problem staying here in the future.

Great, Spacious, Comfortable Condo with access to great Hotel

We had a very positive experience at this condo. We were two adults and 2 kids. It was well stocked, beds were comfortable, bathrooms and common areas were nice. Good wifi and amenities - nice to have a washer although instructions to use it were confusing. Some of the appliances in the kitchen were dated, but everything worked. A great alternative to staying in a hotel if you are with family. If you are an American Traveler, be aware that you need adaptors to plug in your chargers, etc. Having access to Zoetry really made this option great. Its a nice hotel with 2 pools and a decent gym. Its a little annoying to have to wear the bracelet all the time to get in and out, but we got used to it. I think the only reason for why we gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is the immediate area outside of the condo. At no point did we feel unsafe (truthfully), but the area itself has poorly maintained roads, and is just not that nice. We had a car and parked in a lot that was a short walk away, its just not the most pleasant walk. Setting that aside, once you are inside the condo, and once you make the short walk from the condo to Zoetry, and you are on the hotel grounds, the experience is great. Marigot is a good midway point between great places to visit both to the north and south. Having the car was great, but the windy, narrow, poorly paved roads are not for the inexperienced driver. If you don't have a car, my sense is that you can take a boat to wherever you want to go.

Lovely, spacious apartment with pool access

Beautiful apartment, much more spacious than it looks. Large comfy en-suit bedrooms, large lounge with a balcony with sea view. Perfect location for Marigot bay, by a cafes and restaurant. Quiet location. Best of all, free access to use the large pools, SPA (saunas) & gym at the Zygot resort, next door. Plus use of the free Zygot shuttle to the kayak & paddle board rental on the beach (note they only take cash if you want to rent. No ATM in Marigot but the resort reception can help.) We did a fun kayak tour with a cliff jump. The apartment was great, highly recommended. The only downside of our visit to Marigot bay was that Marigot beach was really small & not well kept.

Lovely condo and location

Communication with host and property mgr Miriam was great. Miriam went above and beyond with questions and recommendations great to work with. Condo has new furnishings with comfy bed, pillows and nice linens. Location is fantastic. AC throughout the unit. Well stocked kitchen, able to make full meals (no spices). We really enjoyed spending time at Zoetry pool. One day paid for the pool lunch buffet, all you can eat sushi with other multiple options for $30 PP USD. Across the bay for $2 water taxi is a nice beach with resorts and beach bars. Overall excellent location and condo. The condo is on the third floor so if a person has mobility issues they need to be mindful of this. Overall, great condo, location and would definitely return!
