It is perfectly located in the heart of the quiet residential area of Palm Bay. It benefits from being a stones throw from Palm Bay beach and many attractions such as Turner Contemporary and Dreamland.
The space
Our 3 bedroom, 8 bed bungalow with a beautiful sunny garden & separate courtyard is perfectly located in the popular area of Palm Bay, it will give you an opportunity of a beautiful walk to the beach. There are many places to go during your stay including the best tourist attractions: Jet-Ski World, Bugsy Bowling, Turner Contemporary, the art gallery and museum, Quex park, Dreamland the Theme park/funfair, Adventure golf, Revolution (Skatepark & Climbing centre) cinemas and also many restaurants, cafes & pubs. You will also be a 10 minute drive away from the popular shopping centre Westwood Cross.

Our desire is for our guests to have a memorable stay with no worries. It is fully furnished with 2 double bedrooms with king size beds and their own smart TV, a bedroom with a single bed with additional pull out bed & also another room has a comfy and luxurious sofa bed to be able to fill your needs to sleep 8 people. It is fully equipped with a large 55 inch SMART TV and super fast internet, new comfy bedding, towels, soap, all utensils, glasses, wine glasses and so much more.

● No noise for neighbours between 10pm & 7pm please .

● The house is not to be used to host events or parties, only to be used as a venue.

● An extra price of £20.00 each guest for any guests over 6.

● No smoking in the property.

● Please leave the property as tidy & clean as possible.

● Costs for extra cleaning (If needed) and breakages will apply (We are very understanding so please contact us if any breakages do occur)

● Beach towels are available (Not the white towels please)

●Bus Routes are available from the property (8a & 33), there are lots of bus routes including to Westwood Cross Shopping Centre, all beaches in Thanet and lots more.
