Located 350 meters from the beach of the same name, famous for its uniqueness and beauty, which with its 150 meters of granite sand beach is the perfect setting for those looking for a clear sea, turquoise colors and relaxation. The seabed initially slopes very gently, then sinks, which is why it is a particularly suitable area for snorkelling enthusiasts. Let's not forget that both on the right and on the left of the beach, it is possible to enjoy a unique stretch of coast, which thanks to their usability is suitable for bathing, with the wonderful natural pools that the boulders create in the sea (the so-called Cote Piane). In summer the area is connected to Zanca and Cotoncello with the municipality's Marebus service. We are in Marciana, known for offering breathtaking views, coastal stretches overlooking the sea and unforgettable sunsets. Undoubtedly the main attraction of the area is the uncontaminated nature, with its bays and its green hills, in the distance you can also admire Corsica and the Island of Capraia.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Spacious ground floor apartment with sea view. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a spacious double, a triple and a double bedroom with an exclusive bathroom with shower. At guests' disposal a large living room with sofa and kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and microwave, second recently renovated bathroom. Equipped outdoor area in front of the house, with table, chairs and deckchairs to relax outside. To complete the property 2 assigned covered parking spaces.

Important Notes:
- No youth groups allowed (minimum check-in age 21; families welcome)
- check-in on site from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
