Please note that Santa Clara Sea View accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, and pets are not permitted. However, a baby cot and high-chair are available free of charge for our little guests.

To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your time at Santa Clara Sea Views. Firstly, please note that pets and smoking are not permitted within the property premises. We also request that guests respect quiet hours, refraining from loud noise after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. Additionally, we kindly ask that that no loud parties are given which may disturb neighbors. Our aim is to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood and the integrity of our property, so we appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines.
