Very comfortable apartment & nice pool
We (family with 3 children) had a great time in the apartment. The facility is clean and the kids loved the pool. There was even a lifeguard watching over the pool guests from beginning of July. The apartment was more than adequately equipped (including sun loungers for the pool, swimming noodles, iron, ...), enough dishes and even spices, tea and cleaning supplies are available. Frank had even organized a small welcome package for the first breakfast. Thank you! You can easily park the car in the underground garage and then get to the apartment via a small staircase or by elevator. Unfortunately, the parking lot is limited by a few concrete pillars, so we had to maneuver our Ford Galaxy a bit. But smaller cars should have no problems ;-). In advance Frank had sent us very detailed information about the apartment and the surrounding area. Also the support on site by John and Angela was super. Thanks again!

Sonniger Herbsturlaub
Wir haben tolle Tage dort verbracht, die Wohnung und Anlage ist sehr sauber, der Pool ist toll. Die Wohnung war mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet, genug Geschirr und selbst Gewürze, Tee und Reinigungsmittel sind vorhanden. Selbst ein kleines Begrüßungspaket liegt im Kühlschrank. Die Besitzer haben alle Informationen übersendet und sich rührend gekümmert. Danke an Betty und Frank! Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Angela hat auch schnell und reibungslos geklappt, vielen Dank! Ich habe nichts auszusetzen und empfehle diese Wohnung sehr gerne weiter!

Beautiful Condo with Great Host
We stayed at Frank's place from January 21 to Feb. 25, 2024. The place was in top shape, pictures reflect exactly. Frank was quick to respond to our every question before and after booking. The large apartment was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The welcome package was greatly appreciated - coffee, bread, milk, cheese, ham, eggs, butter and even a bottle of Spanish white! Parking is included as advertised but we recommend a small compact car if you rent one as the spot is tight. As we were there during the off season we were not able to enjoy the pool but could see that it was lovely as was the rest of the grounds. John and Angela, our contacts for the condo, were most helpful and responsive especially since we arrived late on a Sunday night. Angela changed the linen and towels every 2 weeks, a nice bonus. One thing to improve would be the size of the hot water tank. You could not take 2 showers in a row as the hot water would run out. Planning around that solved the problem. Overall, the condo is as advertised and we heartily recommend it for an enjoyable holiday in Marbella!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement Points + - tres bonne communication avec le propriétaire - appartement conforme et fonctionnel et très calme - proximité de la grande piscine - résidence très propre et entretenue - Angela et John qui sont chargés de l'accueil et de la prise en charge pendant le séjour sont très disponibles et surtout très efficace en cas de problème ou de panne. Ils font le maximum pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances Points ~ Un effort est à faire pour le Menage Nous concernant la cuisine n'était pas très propre La vaisselle est dépareillée et usagée

Perfect apartment in great location
We had a wonderful time! The apartment is perfectly located for all the best the Costa del Sol has to offer, and is a stones throw from a great pool. The apartment was well equipped for all you might need, including sun loungers and an umbrella for pool days! Cabopino Port and beach is just a short drive away, with lots to offer children and adults alike. The host is extremely communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here :-).

i would not stay here
The owner Frank was lovely during our initial communication. His manager met us there the day we arrived in a huge rush to leave. The place was very dirty and honestly falling apart. The table falls apart when you try to have dinner. None of the knives work, the drawers are falling apart, the bathroom unit is missing legs. The place could be quite charming with a little love and care. But they do a minimal amount to maintain it. The lights keep turning off, it's full of small roaches. Honestly, if you have a choice I would stay somewhere else. I would have changed if I could, but I was there for 7 weeks. I spent the first day going to the store to buy cleaning products to scrub the place. It also had a funky smell, so I had to buy stuff to make it smell nicer. Again, the owner seemed lovely and made an effort to send us places to eat, but the stay was not pleasant for us. Kind of a dump.

Nice place
The condo was all we needed. Cabopino is great. The building is in good shape and they have a nice pool. I recommend the condo to anyone. Frank was so magnanimous. He supplied the kitchen with food so we had something to eat and drink upon our arrival. What a thoughtful gesture. Check in and out was flawless. We arrived late and car rental made it even later. However, all went smoothly. Very nice location and easy access.

Nice quiet location
We were at family of 5 1 junior 2 teens and parents the pool was really nice and most days pretty much had it to ourselves as a lot of locals live in the apartments so only frequent the pool in the evening a few local shops within a ten minute walk and underground parking was ideal as you will need a vehicle to explore the various surrounding resorts at night. Cabopino beaches are a 5 min drive or 20 minute walk away ( Up hill on the way back) The apartment is spacious and has all the facilities you need, some signs of wear and tear beach towels are quite faded and oven handle gets really hot, sunbeds not ideal as one was broken at the top and worn fabric, under the bed and sofas could do with a better clean as quite dusty but nothing a bit of tlc would sort, getting keys was really easy met Angela nearby who showed us around the apartment, would stay here again as apartment was ideal for family size with pull out double bed and very peaceful at night.

Lovely Apartment
Lovely apartment, more than adequate for 3 adults. There was a welcome pack on arrival which was a really nice touch and very much appreciated. The complex was great, with the main big pool right outside the apartment main doors but we preferred the smaller pool at the top as it was quieter. Location was great. About a 5 min walk to the local supermarket at the bottom of the hill. You might need a car if you struggle with mobility issues but otherwise you can get out and about on the M220 bus. We downloaded the Moovit app which had updated bus times. It was a 20 minute walk to the beach and Cabopino marina. We had a lovely time.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment
Great apartment and perfect for our stay. Close to Cabopino and on a bus route. We had a hire car so were able to get out and about and explore local places. Weather was disappointing but we made most of the sunny days. Too early in season for pools to be open but they looked good.

ESTANCIA AGRADABLE
La estancia ha sido, en general, positiva. Empezando por lo bueno, lo mejor: LA PISCINA. La zona es genial, hay césped, sombrillas, invita al relax. Lo mejor del apartamento las camas; muy cómodas. El equipamiento en general estaba bien. En cuanto a los aspectos negativos nos encontramos bastante sucias algunas cosas: cortinas, microondas... Se veía que habían limpiado lo superficial. En cuanto a las fotos publicadas dan la sensación de que va a ser más grande, sobretodo la terraza. Por último, si se desea hacer turismo hace falta el coche para todo, ya que está en un urbanización apartada. Pero si se quiere desconectar es perfecto. Al ser un bajo se oyen mucho los ruidos de la gente que entra y sale del edificio, pero también está a un paso de la piscina, lo cual es genial para salir y darte un baño. En general, bien y es genial para disfrutar con los niños de la piscina en un entorno agradable.

Perfect stay
Frank and Betty were wonderful hosts. From the lovely welcome package to detailed information recommending restaurants and sites to see, we felt right at home. Property Managers, John and Angela were very quick to respond to any queries and a great help during our two month stay. The apartment is on the ground floor of a gated complex surrounded with beautiful gardens. Online pictures reflect the unit perfectly and includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. We did not hire a car but walked extensively or took public transit which is an 8 minute walk down the street. Yes, there is an incline up to the complex, but we used it as a challenge to walk it daily as we explored the area, nearby beaches, grocery shop or took transit to other towns. We would highly recommend staying at Frank and Betty’s home away from home if you are visiting the area.

Bonito estudio en una preciosa ubicacion
Hemos estado una semana en este bonito apartamento y hemos estado como en casa, en la cocina no faltaba de nada, las camas muy comodas, todo nos ha gustado mucho. La urbanizacion es muy tranquila y la realidad supera las fotos, pues la zona de las piscinas y los jardines es preciosa. El apartamento está en un entorno muy bonito y los lugares que se pueden visitar desde las Chapas son muchos y muy interesantes. Si duda lo recomiendo. El propietario y la persona que se encarga de las entradas son simpaticos y amables. Nos dejó en el frigorifico y en la despensa de todo. Gracias. Hay un comodo Supermercado a unos metros del apartamento que abre 24 horas.

Tout était parfait. L'appartement est très bien entretenu, confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons profité du jardin tropical et de ses trois piscines dont la plus grande est située juste à l'entrée. La région est magnifique (Ronda, Mijas pueblo, Gibraltar, les aigles de Benalmadena,... ) sans parler des belles plages de Marbella et du climat exceptionnel, jamais trop chaud même en plein été. Just returned from a great stay at Betty and Frank’s apartment. Great communication from then before we arrived. Smooth check in with John showing us around. Lovely apartment with everything you need. Even a little arrival package-ham,cheese, wine etc which was greatly appriciated! The pool areas were great and very well maintained! Great area, lovely beach and restaurants near by at Cabopino. Would recommend having a car as not too much in walking distance and lots of hills! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment for a couple or family ( we were a family of 3). Very well equipped and the welcome pack of food / drinks was very much appreciated. 2 supermarkets and a few restaurants near by - the Hong Kong restaurant was particularly nice and run by a great family. The walk to the beach is about 20 minutes which we found to be OK and the beach is lovely. Cabo Pino harbour is very nice with some great restaurants and a lovely bar. Alberts and Hermosa were our favourites. No need for a car if you like walking but handy if you want to visit other parts of the region. Ronda and old town Marbella are worth a visit. Perfect for a family holiday!
We had a lovely family holiday in this apartment. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, the apartment was clean, we arrived to a welcome pack and swimming towels were provided. The pools were fabulous for the adults and the children, and we met lovely families around them. I would say it is a 20 minute hike to Cabopino beach which I didn't mind but my husband who has bad knees found it hard as there is a very steep hill to climb on the way back. Cabopino is fun - a great beach & a good few bars and restaurants to choose from. It was a 10min walk to catch a bus, they go every 1/2hr to Marbella. Old Marbella is very pretty and worth a visit. I would definitely return.

Trevlig lägenhet.Stort sovrum med gott om förvaringsplats. Ett andra sovrum lite tråkigt med fönster ut mot en korridor.Fina badrum. Bra utrustat kök.Härlig terass. Vacker miljö på innergården där poolen låg. Läget en halvtimmes promenad till stranden. Två välutrustade matbutiker i området. Två svenska tv-kanaler.

Happy Canadians in Spain
We were close to 2 grocery stores and that made a difference as we did not have a car . The unit had all the amenities and very spacious . John and Angela were very helpful . Terrific place to relax .

A home away from home
We stayed at Betty's apartment for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is well furnished and abundantly equipped in the kitchen with everything you could possibly need. A lovely welcoming touch from Betty was the basic provisions that she had supplied in the fridge upon arrival, this was extremely good for us as the day after our arrival was a public holiday so we didn't need to worry about trying to find a store open to get the essentials. The apartment is located in La Reserva Marbella a large but quiet estate, which is very close to shops, restaurants, etc. On the estate there is a couple of small supermarkets and restaurants however it is only a short drive to larger supermarkets that have everything that you need. Within a couple of km's there are many restaurants to choose from. From this area of Marbella it is only a short drive to other areas along the coast of which we explored many and discovered the attraction of the Costa del Sol. We would definitely stay at Betty's apartment again and highly recommend it to other travellers.
