A modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and kettle. A capsule coffee machine is also provided to help you start your Mediterranean mornings right.

The property features 4 bright and comfortable bedrooms, all with ample storage and independent A/C:



Master Bedroom: Features a double bed and en-suite bathroom.



Second Bedroom: Features a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups of teenagers (minimum age of 25 for the primary guest). No parties or events allowed.



Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Linens & Cleaning: Bed sheets, towels, and basic hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided.



Pool: Open all year round. However, please note that opening dates may be affected by local drought restrictions (currently scheduled to open June 1st).
