The apartment

A big, bright 150 m² apartment on the 7th floor of Parque Marbella, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Five beds sleep up to eight, so it works for two families, a group of friends, or one family with grandparents. 

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a baby high chair. There is a washing machine, an iron and board, and bed linen is included.

The terrace faces west, so it catches the afternoon sun and the sunset, with sea views over the neighbourhood. Sun loungers are already out there. Air conditioning in summer, central heating in winter, and fast WiFi throughout.

There is a shared outdoor swimming pool in the building open all year round

Calle Alonso de Bazán 17, in central Marbella.

1 min to the beach and 10 minutes on foot to the Old Town. Supermarkets, cafés and family-run tapas bars are close by. no car needed.
