Welcome to our spacious family sized apartment set in the popular La Maestranza. Which replicates a typical Andalusian white wash village with tropical gardens, orange and lemon trees, Bougainvillea, and palm trees. La Maestranza is very popular with families. Our location is ideal as a base when visiting local attractions by the seaside and inland to the mountains. There are many shops, bars, and restaurants a short walk away. The famous Puerto Banus with its beaches, luxury shops and spectacular marina, is approximately 15/20 minutes walk.
There is a regular bus service to Puerto Banús, San Pedro and Marbella.

ACCOMMODATION.
There is plenty of space for two couples.
The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, and with their own en-suite bathrooms this enables two couples to have complete privacy. The beds can be configured as four singles or two singles and a king size double, or even two doubles. What ever arrangement is required, you can rest assured that there is plenty of space for four adults. The spacious lounge has two three seater sofas and patio doors leading on to the large terrace. Here is where you can enjoy having breakfast or have an evening glass of wine. If the sun gets too much, there is a built in full length retracting sun blind that makes sitting outside even more enjoyable. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with shower over the bath. Bedrooms have padded headboards, fitted wardrobes, quiet air conditioning, and remote control ceiling fans. Main double bedroom has a super king size bed that can be converted to two single beds. There is direct access on to the terrace. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishwasher, microwave with grill, electric kettle, cafetiere coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, hob, and fan oven.
Washing machine is in the adjoining utility room.
Iron and ironing board, freestanding clothes airer, and a 4 line extending washing line outside.

NEARBY AMENITIES.
All your self catering needs food, wine, milk, etc, are available just around the corner in Mercadona supermarket, along with a rank of shops including chemist, hairdresser, pizza restaurant. Further away, about 5-10 minutes walk, there is Centro Plaza shopping centre, with another supermarket and many shops just too many to list here.

My daughter and I had a lovely time. The partement is very clean and spacious. The terrasse is absolutely great! We enjoyed our evenings so much. Linda is wonderful! And Chris a great host. Strongly recommend the wine shop/butcher located close to the supermarket. Just the greatest wines… Hope to be back soon. cxx

The apartment at La Maestranza was absolutely perfect for us as a family of 4. The pool areas were great, the flat was nice and clean and spacious with lovely views to the mountain from the balcony. We loved everything about our stay. Easy access to anywhere locally via bus almost right outside the flat and also the local taxi service. We mainly spent our evenings in Puerto Banus but there are some nice restaurants heading in the opposite direction towards the aloha area. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thankyou very much to Chris for a wonderful stay and being really accommodating with check in and departure.

The appartment is confortable, well equipped and quiet. Localisation is ok, close to supermarket and restaurants. Puerto Banus is at about 5 mn by car. We enjoyed the beautiful terrace with great view to the mountain. We recommend.

Our friends and ourselves stayed at this place for one week This propery is well maintained and well situated near puerto banus harbour and the beach. Very spacious for 4 people staying and lovely views of the mountain whilst having breakfast in the morning.Most basic things were provided the only suggestion I would have is that provide extra bed sheets and some basic toiletries eg shower gel shampoo , conditioner and beach towels.This would rate this place 5 stars.I only made this comment as we stayed in a similar type of accomodation in Auckland New zealand were the experience was going from home to home with well thought out little details .This would prevent having to go to the super market as soon as you arrive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish! The apartment is superb and really felt like a home away from home. We wish it was ours!! As everyone has already said, this villa is very spacious, and well equipped. It is clear the owners actually use the villa themselves as the furniture is comfortable, especially the beds and the couches. If you have a car it is very well located, with days out to Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar and even Morocco all within easy reach. Lots to see and do in the area, just wish we’d booked another week. Owner also very friendly, quick to answer questions, and even helped us out with a bit of research for Morocco.

Let's be clear, the many positives far outweigh the odd niggle..... Well equipped, large apatmemt in a lovely quiet spot within the development. Nice pools, whole complex well maintained and lots of 'greenery. Supermarket easy stroll away and property perfectly located if you hire a car and explore other nearby town's. Sea is circa 20 min walk away which is fine and therefore away from the hustle, but decent walk uphill back. We loved our stay and would genuinely consider booking again ( we hired a car for full 2 weeks - July - and explored the region more widely which was spectacular). Two negative / niggles - the tv didn't work for 11 days out of the 14 - very frustrating and not as advertised ( issue due to local broadband refiguration I gather, which coincided with our stay - grrr ), and other one, thought apartment could do with a 'lick of paint', particularly the lounge area. BUT, BUT, BUT....overall, really enjoyed it and good value, especially if 4 persons stayed. Booking process easy and Chris (owner) and Helen ( local contact ) were very helpful. Put it this way, if I was looking to buy a nicely proportioned, two bed apartment, in this location, that was quiet, good pools and safe, I'd look no further. No big issues and I genuinely thought hard about whether to even mention the 2 'gripes above. Would certainly recommend. Enjoy!

The apartment was very comfortable and roomy. Has a really nice balcony for al fresco dinning. The bathrooms are very spacious both with shower and bath. I found having both English and Spanish T.V really good for my nights in with my friends. The complex is beautiful with fabulous gardens which are very well tended as where the swimming pools. Neighbours and staff where all very friendly and welcoming. In all a perfect 3 week holiday.

The apartment was spacious and big enough for a family of 4. The apartment was very clean and had everything required away from home. Very central to other Andalusian towns. No need to rent a car but good idea if planning to visit other places. Chris was very warm on the phone when contacted prior to our visit. Helen the contact person in Spain was very warm and professional over the phone. Directions from the airport and access to the apartment was straightforward. Thank you Chris and Pauline.

Had a week stay here and was fantastic. The apartment is large and spacious and tastefully decorated. Location is also great as only a 20 minute walk to Puerto Banus so you're not right in the thick of it. You can see the mountain from the terrace. Can't think of a negative. Pool area is well looked after, 24 hour security, good parking and a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. Communication with the owners was easy too. Great value for money.

From start to finish it was a home from home, It was very spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained throughout. The swimming pools,gardens and the complex itself was just beautiful. 24 hour security is available there should it ever be needed and are most helpful and friendly. Location to supermarkets and restaurants was within 5 minutes walk. The attention to every single detail was amazing and covered 100% to ensure a truly wonderful holiday. Only home and trying to plan our next trip out already and can't wait to go back.

Large apartment with all the amenities you have at home. Enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch on the sunny balcony with the mountain view. We travelled as a couple so there was plenty of space in apartment, bed was very comfortable and shower warm and powerful. Wifi was good and the sofas in lounge comfy. Complex secure and there was a safe, swimming pool area was lovely. We did not hire a car the walked down to Puerto Banus was about 20 minutes, we got a taxi back at night for 6 Euros. Went to a couple of restaurants in land Pasta y Basta and Shango's both excellent and good value. Had a lovely meal in Oak and Top Thai.

Thank you very much for providing us such a tidy, spacious and well equipped apartment. We traveled with 3 young kids and we stayed 8 nights. The kids appreciated a lot the heated pool ! We loved the very nice gardens with trees full of kumquat, the lovely terrace with a magic view on the mountains, the security, the complex Andalusian style extremely well entertained. We made a lot of visits in the region (Ronda, Cordoba a lot parks for kids) and the apartment is very well located. We had a very good communication with the owner and lady who is taking care of the apartment. We can only recommend it !
