„The hotel has two different buildings. At first we got a room in the new part which is partially underground, still under construction, dusty, noisy, no decoration and does not feel/look like a five star. 1 Point for that part. After threatening to leave they gave us a room in the main building which is charming, nicely decorated and well appointed. 5 points for that one.“

Nur per Zufall habe ich diese Mail lesen können. Was für Troubles hätten wir gehabt, wenn wir im Radisson Blu erschienen wären und am späten Abend noch ein Hotel hätten suchen müssen.“
