„We planned a trip to the UP and on our way back to OH we stayed at this beautiful new home just outside of Traverse. The location was perfect for visiting Traverse and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We felt at home here. The decor in each room was perfect. The house is beautiful, comfortable and very spacious and had all the accommodations we needed. The firepit was perfect for making smores. „First the owners were very responsive in answering some questions we had before booking, and in making us feel welcomed. The location was convenient to get into TC or anywhere on the peninsula. The home looks just like in the pictures and is very tidy. Cozy living room, comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of seating areas inside and out. Grandma’s home was perfect for our group of six. We had a fantastic stay!“

„This house was near perfect for our family. Had one issue where the oven had a horrible smell, vome to find out it was from just being cleaned. Host left us a bottle of wine to make up for that experience. Only other suggestion for host is to leave behind a little more in paper products (only one extra roll of TP per bathroom when we had 5 guests for a full week), one one extra roll of paper towel and no napkins.“

„The place was perfect; exactly how it is described. There were many little extras: a crate for the furbabies, a secure fenced area for the dog, clean up bags for the dogs, coffee, filters, shampoo, toothpate, q tips, etc. It also had plenty of toilet paper towels and rags, and more. We had so much fun and plenty of room for everyone. The rental had so many games and activities that are on the property grounds for guests to use and enjoy. We would glady stay here again.“

„My wife and I had an enjoyable trip. A few comments on our stay and the reason for not giving a 5 star rating. This is admittedly some of my fault. This is a pet friendly place, not being a pet owner, I should have considered that there would be remnants of pet hair. I had to vaccum the living room furniture prior to sitting on it. „Great piece of property. We loved our stay and everything was very nice. Size, space and location were perfect. Just a few housekeeping notes. The appliances need fixing. The door on the stove does not stay closed. Someone must have stood or sat on the door. So sad when people don't respect other people's property. You are not able to use the oven without holding the door shut the whole time. The Refrigerator and freezer doors refuse to stay closed, resulting in the compressor running constantly ...

The address we were provided with our reservation did not match the address on the outside of the cabin or inside the cabin on the paperwork posted on the refrigerator.
