„Charming house with lovely view. Positives were the open plan central floor where we could all meet, and the view from the top floor bedroom. Negatives were the regular power cuts, the smaller bedrooms are hot without AC, and the walk to Menaggio is 30 minutes and of questionable safety in sections. Overall we had a delightful stay, a great time was had by all and George was really helpful !“

„Nice villa as advertised. A little difficult to find as we arrived at night. Parking is not at the property, but available down the street. Be prepared to carry items a short distance. Air conditioners worked well. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Nice gazebo outside on property.“

„Lovely accommodation designed for comfort. Fabulous views, nice privacy, plenty of room, and very comfortable. Only issue was locating the property, be sure to follow the photo directions closely and be prepared to look back over your shoulder to see the last couple of landmarks. Make sure to note that you must have a car to get to this property, it is quite a ways up the hill from the water in a car is essential to get to and from town.“

„Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wohnung sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Parken nur im Parkhaus möglich. Daher Zusatzkosten einplanen. Erst ab 22 Uhr 200 m weiter Kostenloses Parken möglich. Sehr viel Verkehr. Sehr nette 3-sprachige (Italienisch, Englisch und Deutsch) Vermieterin mit guter Orga. Defekte Klima und Spülmaschine wurde bereits am nächsten Tag repariert. Varenna an sich ist sehr touristisch. Ein Essenstisch für mehr als 4 Personen zu bekommen, ist unmöglich (zumindest in der Hauptsaison ...

„6 of us stayed at Silvia's renovated 4 Bedroom home on the edge of Tremezzina at the end of April ahead of a tour of Emilia-Romagna. Silvia was absolutely great to work with and helped us secure dinner reservations at several nearby (walkable) restaurants as well as set up a lake tour by boat. She made our check-in seamless with the help of her assistant, Signora Caterina, who also came to help with our departure check-out. „Sehr schöne Wohnung im Untergeschoss, handwerklich alles sehr hochwertig ausgeführt und sehr sauber. Genialer Ausblick. Unsichere Autofahrer werden sich bei der Anfahrt über die Serpentinenstrasse und dem Einparken schwertun,.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, alles völlig problemlos.“

„The Lenno Residence offered us a spacious modern apartment. We enjoyed the huge terrace with deckchairs, sun umbrella and table, allowing for outside meals. (Room R22) The building is new, modern (including an elevator). The kitchenette is well stocked and offerns the basics in regards to appliances. (no microwave). „Our accommodation had the most breathtaking view. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were gracious, attentive and lovely. San Giovanni ferry terminal is only a few meters away and Bellagio is walkable if you don't mind going uphill and downhill. The area is very peaceful and quiet.“
