„Our family have the best time while staying at the Big Red House. The house is so spacious and accommodated our family perfectly. There are plenty of towels, sheets and blankets, so you don’t need to pack extras. The kitchen is well stocked and the pots and pans are very nice for cooling. The Porch, I cannot say enough about that porch, it’s was my favorite spot to sit in the mornings with a cup of coffee watching the ducks and geese with their daily routine. „Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from I-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses ...
