Not properly clean especially the bathroom faucet handle. The kitchen sink clogged. But it’s good that they have kitchen supplies. Ask for service they ain’t responding. Overall not to bad.

It seems like the unit given to me was not properly cleaned so I had to clean the sofa and dinning area when I arrived. It is spacious and recommended for remote work who wants city escape. The place is perfect with walking distance city amenities. Hope they had a chance to properly check each unit for better guest experience. Happy with over all stay here.

Was not able to stay due to non-availability which was not communicated until I got there an talk to the assistant at their place when I arrived and ready to check in. I sent a text to request parking in the morning but did not get a respose until I left the place unsuccessful in checking in. The staff just said sorry it is not confirmed, which means that it was not booked although in the app it was reflected as booked. I left feeling frustrated upon knowing my family and I cannot stay during the New Year's Eve and that I need to find another place. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hi Marianne, Sorry but you didn’t pay for the hotel. It’s just pencil booking. We were fully booked on the day, and we were unable to accommodate you. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

The pool is ok
The location ia good. Some featurea are not working. The towel is to old. 2 pillows only. The aircon is not cleaned.
