This place should be taken down from the list! First of all, there is nothing to review because the property has not send me the check in details after the booking is confirmed and paid. I kept sending messages to the property administrator, VRBO, and never received any response. I contacted Expedia customer service about this and they just gave me the wrong contact number of VRBO customer service, I ended up finding their number in the US but I was on-hold for more rhan 30min on the line which also didn't resolve the issue as nobody picked my call up in the end, the whole waiting time I was hearing conversations on the line among people there in weird langiage so I hanged up after more rhan 30minutes waiting. My daughter arrived at the property building and been sent away because she didn't have the confirmation letter from the property owner name Neliza. It was the most stressful time thatI had to search for an alternative place for her to stay that day. Up until now they have not refunded what I paid, neither from Expedia and VRBo explained what has just happened. This is most unprofessional booking platform. Never wil ever book here again! The stress and emotional damage this experience has taken its toll on my family is irrepairable. Shame on Expedia!
