-Cooking is allowed. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking

- No additional visitors are allowed
- You may park outside the premises, there are paid parking places next door
- Guests must send IDs of all staying adults by email before check in for building move in clearance
- Turn off the Aircon, lights, and TV when not in the unit
- Check in times are 3pm to 7pm (if you can’t make it during these times, you can schedule a late check in, the fee would be P300 payable in cash on arrival)
- Check out is 12 noon latest, an additional 1 night stay will be charged for late check outs
- If you break anything you should report it
- Noise level should be kept to a minimum
- Do not leave anything by the entrance of the unit such as shoes or slippers
- Electricity is included for normal residential usage (averaging 350 kWh/month). Excessive consumption beyond typical household use will result in additional charges billed to the guest.
