Super Lage. Tolles Gebäude, insbesondere die Lobby. Mein Zimmer war groß und schön, das Bett bequem. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe!!

Sehr sauber und freundlich, dennoch fehlte etwas
Kontrollen im Eingangsbereichs mit Durchleuchtung des Gepäcks sind in einigen besseren Hotels in Manila üblich. Gewöhnen werde ich mich dennoch nie daran. Das Foyer sieht sehr sauber und edel aus. Die Rezeption (wie auch alles andere) muß man dann allerdings etwas suchen. Warum gibt es keinerlei Ausschilderung, z.B. zu den Fahrstühlen? Die Anmeldung lief zügig. Eine Sicherheitsleistung von 2000 Peso wird bei der Buchung vorab leider nicht erwähnt. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm. Sauber und neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zwar gab es einen Kühlschrank aber keine Minibar. Warum nicht? Auch fehlte eine Mappe mit Informationen und Speisekarte für den Zimmerservice. Lediglich zwei einzelne Blätter mit Salaten und alkoholfreien Getränken welche meine Bedürfnisse nicht deckten. Blick aus dem Fenster auf eine trostlose Terrasse mit der Lüftung. Warum keine Verschönerung? Im Innenhof gab es zwar Tische und Stühle aber keinen Service. Warum nicht? Auf der Suche nach einer Bar fand ich ein Regal mit circa 12 Flaschen und einem Angestellten. Keine Hocker, keine Gläser und auch keinen Hinweis, dass all dies link oder recht um die Ecke vorzufinden ist. Ich hab auf den Absacker verzichtet und bin früh schlafen gegangen. Insgesamt ein sauberes Hotel mit netten Personal in dem ich mich dennoch etwas unwohl fühlte. (Eine Übernachtung)

Best value for money in Manila for sure
Can highly recommend this hotel, very friendly staff, excellent security arrangements and a management which is looking after their customers. The breakfast is the best I ever had in Asia. Very near to the business district and airport which is important due to the traffic situation here. For sure not my last visit here !

Property is nice clean . Food price a little bit high . Staff are helpful . The only thing I don’t like eating breakfast kitchen staff not very professional in term of dining etiquette’s. Training will improve it. Overall experience was good. Definitely i will be back to stay .

The property was pretty on the outside. The rooms were average. Workers were nice. Location was terrible. So much homelessness and poverty surrounding the area that’s just tragic. Didn’t feel unsafe but prepare for families, including children sleeping outside with no shoes. It was heart wrenching.

Disappointing stay
Disappointing - the hotel had a private birthday party in the evening which was noisy (impacted our room). Also, room service menu that was provided had virtually nothing available (and nor did restaurant) due to lack of supplies. Reception staff were asked to book taxis and did not arrange despite saying they would. Beautiful building but overall disappointing service and food offering and unacceptable noise in the room in the evening.

The best thing about this hotel is staffs, they were really nice and helpful. Smile at you all the time. Greets you properly. Room were very clean too, the house cleaning lady is so nice. You guys really need to update the pictures, the pictures don’t do justice because the hotel is really pretty compare to the pictures. One thing I’m not happy with is breakfast. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service.

The overall place is great. Lobby is appealing and the facilities are clean and fully functioning however the 2nd floor area often have noise from people talking out loud some who are not even guests in the hotel. I hope they could at least caution people guests or not guest to minimize their voices especially along the accommodation hallways.

Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui muuten sujuvasti, mutta oli hieman hidas, koska olimme puolitoista tuntia aikaisemmin tehneet hotellivarauksen välityssivuston kautta. Heillä ei ollut tästä varauksesta mitään tietoa ja kesti noin kymmenen minuuttia etsiä tämä varaus. Meillä oli erittäin tilava huone ja saimme myös oikein siistin huoneen. Huone oli tyylikäs ja oikein kotoinen, ja se huokui hotellin tapaan oman aikakautensa arvokkuutta, joka teki hotellielämyksestä astetta paremman. Hotellin palvelut ovat monipuoliset, ja allasalue muun muassa on erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä. Ja mikä mukavinta, se on myös rauhallinen, ainakin meidän vierailun aikana. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja opastavaa, sekä huomioi pienin asioin mukavuuden parannuksia, kuten musiikin tuomista allasalueelle, jotta olisi viihtyisää, rentouttavaa taustamusiikkia, joka oli piristävää aurinkoa ottaessa taustalla.

We stayed for 1 night. Hotel staff were amazing. Walking distance to the US Embassy. Hotel was clean and cozy.The room was great and toilet as well I like the shower.Breakfast was fair. Over all was great.I recommend this hotel although there was few homeless at the vicinity who own few chickens roaming around.

Shabby not chic
So warn down and shower full of fungus. Was a fast entry and fast exit. Buffet was awful and expensive. Only had it because we were tired. Wall paper peeling off everywhere in hotel plus grease smearing all over lifts and glass. Entrance is stunning but that’s it.
