Staff very friendly and helpful. The room is full of cockroaches had to buy bug spray to slow them down.

Property at the heart of Manila steps away from Robinson's Mall and Supermarket . Check in was a breeze considering we landed late night at Manila. Staff is super sweet and helpful. Although I booked a budget room there was a microwave, small cooktop ,kettle and dishes and utensils. Medium sized fridge not the small one! High end sheets pillows and comfortable bed. Super clean very impressed! Nice surprise was balcony!Thank you Pacific Grande Suites for an enjoyable stay!

Awesome Hotel. Almost perfect. The pool was closed for maintenance the whole week but other than that I really enjoyed the stay. Especially the bed. It was super comfortable. The staff was amazing too.

立地は最高です。ロビンソンモールの目の前。18階でしたが、虫が少しいました。フィリピンなら気にしない程度ですが。夜0時まで周辺のカラオケが少しうるさいです。スタッフは親切で良かったです。

I never ended up staying because it felt so unsafe ! Despite the hotel being empty, we tried to check in around 10 AM after a delayed flight that didn't leave until 4 AM. We were told that we can't until 2 PM. The area is super dodgy. In the lobby there are old men who clearly rent the rooms for the night with a lady from one of the nearby strip joints in the same street. Basically it felt so unsafe that we decided to go somewhere else and lost the money from the booking. However the staff are really lovely. Very polite and I really can't fault them at all. As mentioned by someone else, it's a hotel within another hotel, so a bit confusing. Overall I would avoid this hotel especially if you have a family or are traveling alone.

3 nights stay for 3 adults
Firstly, our driver could not find the hotel so we asked around and we found out that the hotel was a part of a bigger hotel in the same building where the reception was not fully set-up yet few meters away (inside) from the main entrance of the main hotel/building. There was no signboard about this hotel outside the buildning and they only accept cash because they do not have a card terminal yet. We were informed that they only started operating as a hotel a month ago which I found strange because accepting guests when not fully operational yet surely affects the comfort that a guest is looking. G-cash is available if you have one. Secondly, we booked for 3 persons but the room was only for 2 persons - apparently a mistake was made in the property description. They transfered us into a bigger room that was not fully ready for occupancy yet (dusty room) so a cleaner was dusting while we already were in the room. Then we discovered that there was a problem with WIFI so we could not use the facility during our whole stay. The staff was very kind and tried his best to help us and was apologizing for these situations. They called us on the second day if we would like to transfer to another room where WIFI was functional but we were so tired of packing and unpacking of our things so we refused. Thirdly, the airconditions in our room were so loud that affected our resting hours. We were so tired and we were preparing for our next trip so we stayed put.
