sauberes Hotel mit tollem Pool, Ok für kurze Zeit
Das Personal ist filipinotypisch sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Zimmer nicht mehr im besten Zustand, der Pool ist groß und gepflegt. Das Internet ist zwar Ok, aber man bekommt täglich neue Zugangsdaten. Wenn man wenige Minuten nichts macht, bucht sich der Rechner automatisch aus und man muß alles wieder neu eingeben. Flughafentransfer drei bis viermal teurer als ein Taxi.

Mieses Frühstücksbuffet mit minimales Angebot
Das beste am Hotel ist, die Nähe zu den Malls und das Pool. Daher habe ich auch das Hotel gewählt, denn es gibt in dieser Gegend nichts vergleichbares. Alles andere ist eher unterer Durchschnitt. Sehr Chinesisch ausgelegt und nicht International. Musste bei Bezug beide Betten neu beziehen lassen. Handtücher sind sehr abgenutzt und die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmer musste auf Anfrage geschehen und wurde nur teilweise erledigt.

For the location in Manila, this is a nicer hotel than you expect. Room was on the small side with just a small window not over looking much. But the room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was a little dingy but no biggie. Bathroom clean with a shower that was ok. Dinning had good food. Breakfast was not bad.

Buffet breakfast is very good . Best breakfast in any hotel. Rooms are newly renovated, very very clean and modern. Large flat screen TV. Swimming pool . Casino on the premises. LRT station is connected to the hotel . Friendly staff throughout the entire hotel.

I really wanted to like this property but found it hard on a daily to do that! Very few staff members were helpful or nice. The front desk and mister donuts were the absolute worst. No communication you need front desk to reset your pass to actually get into your room. Wifi pass lasts about 24 hours then expires o you need a new one and a pass to use the pool. All would have been ok if someone had actually told me this. Not one member did. Then to make it worse I actually reset my room pass to get access thinking it was a fault when it is part of their normal process. So I didn’t find out till the 3rd day that it needs to be done daily. I asked for cocktails and it came with no alcohol which by the way would be otherwise called a mocktail…. And then they had pina colada on the menu but had no clue how to make one. Complete waste of money. The pol has mould around the tiles at the steps. The plant boxes are literally weeds. Just very run down. So many people standing around but not a lot cleaning. Has major potential this hotel but feel management is lacking, Pros Elevator staff were awesome. The security guards at the door were so very nice.

Good pool. Very bad location. Didn't have a good view from our room to see. We didn't get the room we book online we when we got there. Our sink was leaking that we had a puddle. Everything that said it was free online wasn't free in person we had to pay if we wanted an extra towel or laundry or anything else. Every day we had to change the wifi password. We had a very hard time sitting everyone to sit in our tiny little room.

Hi, Good day! It's really unfortunate that you were disappointed by the size and general layout of the rooms at our property. Sorry that you weren't satisfied. But the size of our room is designed for two occupants only, this also applies to the free amenities in the room like towel. It is also indicated in the voucher of all the inclusions that you have booked online. The rooms we offer has a breakfast and wee also offer a room without breakfast for cheaper price. Maybe you were able to book online a room without breakfast. We only receive bookings that are booked by the guests themselves. We sincerely hope you found accommodations which met your expectations on the rest of your trip.

Everything is a walking distance- grocery, school, church, lrt, jeepney, etc. The staff though are not very friendly save for some elevator people. They are too strict and too suspicious. I seldom see them smile like most Filipinos or like most people in the hospitality business. Their housekeeping didn’t even bother to wash the used glass and just returned it to the rack as if it it was already clean. Towels do not feel fresh nor do they smell like fresh. Aircon is unsightly and so dirty. TV is old. Internet is slow and you need to go down every 24 hours to ask for new passwords as they won’t give it to you over the phone.

Facilities are too basic, not for a holiday. Food was good though and the jakuzi in the pool looked interesting. Next time I will not go there for a holiday. Maybe for a business trip I would.
