Book the correct number of guests (staying & non-staying) to avoid issues with the lobby and guard verification.

Note that there is a CCTV at the main door for verifying the number of guests only.

₱200/head/day. Payable at the lobby.
Monday to Wednesday only (7am to 9pm)
Thursday is general pool cleaning.
Holiday and Weekends (Friday-Sunday) are reserved exclusively for unit owners only.
Note: Use proper swimwear (Nylon, Polyester, Spandex only allowed)

GYM ACCESS:
No access for guest (for unit owners only)

PARKING ACCESS:
There is a pay parking at Lumiere Residence basement (first come first serve only).
Motor: Free
Car: ₱50 for the first 3 hrs, additional ₱15 for succeeding hours. ₱150 overnight (11PM to 6AM)

ROOFDECK ACCESS:
FREE DAILY 4AM to 12PM
Eating allowed, dispose trash properly.

COURT ACCESS:
FREE DAILY 7AM to 9PM
Guests may play if there is no prior schedule or reservation during their preferred time.

House Rules - READ THIS

- Guests are required to bring a valid ID for verification by the guard.
- Only registered guests allowed. Non-staying visitors incur a fee of ₱299/head/night.
- ₱200/hr for early check-in and late check-out; subject to availability.
- Please leave the unit in the same condition as when you arrived.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings; we are not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Once the caretaker has cleaned the unit, all items left behind will be thrown away.
- Only the items listed in the description are available. No additional items are provided.
- Small parties/events allowed; please keep noise down to respect other residents (noise curfew from 11 PM to 5 AM)
- Smoking allowed on the balcony only.
- Suitable for toddlers and children, but no high chair available.
- Turn off appliances when away for long periods.
- Lost keys incur a ₱500 replacement fee.
- Do not leave shoes/slippers outside (as per mgmt.)
- No hanging clothes/towels on the balcony (as per mgmt.); use the wardrobe and bathroom instead.
- Feel free to bring your own alcohol or beverages, but please drink responsibly.
- No illegal substances on the premises.
- ₱1000 security deposit (refundable upon checkout)
