Einzigartiges Hotel
Dieses Hotel hat uns so sehr überrascht. Ich habe schon viele Unterkünfte auf den Philippinen gesehen aber dieses Hotel hat mich sehr überrascht. Die Familiäre und Gastfreundschaftliche Art des Personals hat mich sehr beeindruckt. Auch den Betreiber durfte ich am letzten Tag persönlich kennenlernen und ich habe ihn für sein tolles Team gratuliert. Auch die Anlage und die Sauberkeit hinterließ staunen und einen offenen Mund. Das Hotel ist perfekt, außer man möchte eine Hotelanlage mit Pool. Aber dies ist auch nicht nötig, denn der Startpunkt zu den Hundred Islands liegt nicht weit entfernt. Fußläufig ist der Hafen, Märkte und Restaurants erreichbar. In Alaminos 2km entfernt ca. hat man weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Trycicle Fahrer sind sehr nett und wirklich umgänglich. Kein einzigster wollte uns abzocken oder extra Trinkgeld. Wer dennoch unabhängiger sein möchte dem kann ich Mabuhay Motorbike Verleih nahelegen. Der Betreiber ist ein Deutscher und wirklich eine Bereicherung gerade im Umkreis von 15km ist es doch angenehmer, als in nem kleinen Tricycle eingequetscht zu werden. Zurück zum Hotel: Der Check in war schnell und einfach erledigt. Sonderwünsche, in meinem Fall hatte ich 2 Einzelbetten gebucht und wollte aber ein Doppelbett, konnten mir zum Glück prompt erfüllt werden. Ein Doppelbett war bei Buchung nicht verfügbar aber ich vermerkte dies auch direkt und bekam auch bereits prompt die Zusage. Danach half man uns die Koffer aufs Zimmer zu bringen.

The club lounge facilities didn't seem as luxurious as before, and we missed Ruby the Club Lounge manageress who recently moved on, but a great place to stay as ever. Breakfast is amazing.

The location, food and facilities are definitely the plus factors of this hotel. However, I booked for a club room and both rooms given have problems. The 1st room provided had a broken door knob while the 2nd room had water trickling from the ceiling. Definitely they need to check the condition of the rooms prior to check in of customers.

I've always stayed at this hotel each time I travel back to Manila to catch my flight back to Melbourne for the following reasons: location (close to the airport), beautiful view of the roxas boulevard and manila bay from the club lounge, good staff service and food. However, the gym can use some new equipment and maintenance.

As always an amazing place to stay… all aspects are great.. except… still some unfriendly evening staff in the main restaurant… not attentive… restaurant closes at 10pm but restaurant staff told us at 9:39pm that it was closed! Had to cause a bit of a fuss to get them to serve us… then staff clearing the buffet were making unnecessary noise as if they were being spiteful… even though we were done eating and left by 10:35pm

It was a good experience. The room is not that big but the breakfast buffet is so good!! They offer Filipino food and even made-to-order omelettes, delivered to your table! The staff is so friendly! One cleaner came by and I said I don’t need it cleaned then he offered everything else like, “do you want this? How about this?” Offering toiletries, towels, to take the trash out.

Rooms are great… spacious , quiet, comfortable. Security personnel were friendly however I felt we were walking into a military base. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff are never smiling and both on duty were inattentive to us. Room service attendant very hospitable and professional. Menu was very limited in all outlets. General manager was very accommodating with a special request. We are regulars and will continue to return as we love the location and consistency experienced

This is my first time experiencing this hotel. My check-in/check-out experience was fantastic. The room was a decent size and offered a distant view of the bay. The bedding was firm, but comfortable. We got in late on the first night and I was able to ring up and request room service 1 hour past close. They were very hospitable and the food was fantastic. The best Terryoki Chicken, I have ever had in the Philippines. We enjoyed the Breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet and every single time, left with a smile. What I didn't like about my experience was the extremely small in-room safe. There isn't enough room for a laptop. -The small selection of TV options. -There were a lot of channels, but most were to tell you that you are not subscribed to view them. Lastly, the internet while fast, was not secured. There was no password, so the fear that someone could be hacking you is there. All in all, if they could get a password protected internet, I would stay here again.
