It's a MOTEL! Cleanliness non-existent.Room was dusty, floor & wall sticky.The sheets were stained, we used it to plug the holes where cockroaches’re visiting us for free. Water leaking under the sink & under the bathtub, free skating rink. Mold on the walls. The towels throughout the stay were white-dirty w/stains. We never requested our room to be cleaned, but yet was visited by their staff who stole personal items from us. When we reported it, it's as if it's our fault! WOW! 1st NIGHT: we’re woken up at 4 am by a pounding on our door, shouting “RU expecting a visitor?”. Then, phone rang w/same question. We then heard the phones ringing in the rooms next-door & staff banging on the other doors in our hallway. No security/checks done before disturbing their customers who have already been tricked into finding themselves there (U applied to work there!). We’re then woken up at 7:30 am for breakfast even though we requested breakfast at 9:30 am during our stay. We’re woken up 3 mornings at 7:30 am & the 2 last mornings, no one came to serve us. This is why we had to contact reception to get our breakfast. No matter what u report to the staff, they don't give a damn. English is not their best asset (my mom had to repeat everything in Filipino), nor is RESPECT. CONCLUSION: Expensive for poor quality. Unprofessional staff & NO respect at all. Dirty place, cockroaches & thieves! This establishment shows the shadow of the management. To people visiting Cubao, avoid this Motel!

Horrible and terrible experience, never again..
Its terrible and horrible place to stay, was not able to sleep due to ichiness the whole night, air condition are very loud and not cooling down the whole night, very poor maintenance or no maintenance at all…big time regret of staying in this hotel never go back there again….

The property is only 3 min walk to Araneta Coliseum-Cubao. Room prices are very reasonable but of course it us not a 5 star hotel. Though the beds are clean. Bring your own shampoo & slippers.

Couple of things they woke us up at 6:00am to deliver breakfast which we NEVER ORDERED! After an hr we ordered our breakfast and it arrived 2 hours later! I specifically ordered with SCRAMBLED EGGS instead I got OVER EASY! How long does it take to cook a damn hotdog and scrambel eggs? Place was infested of COCKROACHES! NO BLANKETS it was just DISGUSTING! Your better off booking somewhere else!

The Bathroom had roaches. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The tv was all static. There was no shampoo. Only bathtowls no hand towel or was clothes. The rooms looked like somthing out ofvthe 80s.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dream World. The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and relaxing. Also, their food was REALLY GOOD. So yummy! When it comes to their location, it's really accessible. They are near to LRT/MRT, restaurants, and malls. All in all, experience was great!

The place is very convenient , mall , restaurant, groceries , and transportation ,,everything is in your step . The size of the room is fine , The one that I don’t like the most is bathroom .. that’s all the staff is very helpful . Except my order breakfast it’s take 1 hour and 30 minutes before they deliver .. supposed to be 30 to 40 minutes .. . .

Refresher training for Customer Service for Staff
Front desk are not that so accommodating. Lady was talking to somebody on the phone, from what I can hear its's not work related. And even I'm already in front of her she still continue with the call. When she hangs up on the phone, she did not even gave me a smile. Not a good example of customer service. We ordered food from the room and food came after more than 1 hour. Follow up the order more than 3 times. I wish everyone will have a refresher training when it comes to service and customer satisfaction.

We have to check out the very next day and not used the next day that we’re supposed to be in the hotel. Terrible terrible . Good people though just the property hotel . I took some pictures showing the flooded bathroom. Did not like it at all . Worst hotel I have stayed .
