Functional well located hotel for short stays.
It is a basic hotel. Very well located close to shops and buses. The service was polite and efficient. The rooms can do with a deep cleaning and some touches.

受付スタッフはかなり感じ良かった。でも清掃スタッフが最悪。大声で叫びながら廊下歩くしスマホで爆音で音楽鳴らすし間違えて勝手に部屋入ってくるし。 駅近でそれなりの料金するんでスタッフの教育して欲しい。 プレミアムルームでも部屋狭い。窓なし。wifi繋がりにくい(9階 )globeのSIMも繋がらない。エアコン温度調節不可 いい所は硬さの違う枕が4つあった!!

Close to MRT and places to eat and drink. 7-Eleven nearby also. There was no temperature control on the AC and the shower head did not spray properly. The recessed lighting makes the room appear dark. Room wasn't very clean and I didn't find the bed to be comfortable.

Solo traveler review
My stay with this hotel was decent. The room is enough for a solo traveler although it could be a bit crowded for 2 people. The switches for the lights and the aircon is on the wall above my bedhead so it's a big plus for me. The concierge is open 24 hrs, that's perfect. The shower does not have a hot/cold shower option but that's okay. The surrounding neighborhood is so-so, I did not feel that safe and at night, I can hear the nearby videoke bars and it can be a bit disturbing to a good night's sleep. The overall location of the hotel is good though, very accessible and near the mall and Araneta/Kia. WiFi is decent. Also, there's just ONE plug socket so I had a bit of a challenge with charging my gadgets, I think there should be more plug sockets inside the room. The telephone does not work outside of the hotel either, it can only be used to call front desk and even though I was told I can use the phone down in front desk, I think it's not very private and I just want to order deliveries in the privacy of my room. The staff are friendly. One thing that bummed me as well is the fact that I have to leave my key card at front desk every time I leave the hotel. It can be a bit inconvenient because I just want to leave the hotel and stroll around in peace. The TV has cable channels available although the channel list given to me is SO little, they only included the channels for Disney, Nickelodeon, etc. I would prefer a FULL LIST of available channels and not just a select few.

Not a place to stay
I been travelling and there's always a place where you expect it average or excellent, it depends upon the location and the brand. But ofcourse, you can't stop expecting that atleast the staff should be polite and knows how to give consideration to their guest. This hotel was not really a place to recommend.

Close to bus terminals
This is an hotel to just nap after long hours of a bus ride nothing more. The staff were great but the cleanliness needs plenty of improvements. My girl was looking at the pillows and thought that it did not have any pillow casing as you can see the nasty dirty through the pillow case.

good value stay at promo rate
Hotel99 ticked all the boxes..good value at a promo rate, comfortable, internet moderately slow, shower hot sometimes, cable was good, breakfast good but COFFEE EXTRA, plenty of food choices outside and MRT and buses only 100m away. Being a 3,6, 12, 24 hour hotel you can check in at 9am and out same which suited my needs well.

i can't imagine to stay in the hotel with no windows... It was like your stuck in the box, and the room color is too dark, doesn't appear to be a light motive that will somehow feel the traveler much relax and soothed with the stay. the blanket we had is already used, we found many stain on that one and we ask to change the blanket given to us... They should check thoroughly all the pillows, blankets or linens clearly... It was like it already used by someone and they tried to let it used for us pa... i jst hope we took a picture with the blanket but its not good, hope they can improve more they services... thank you.

It's a motel, not a hotel
I did not know while I was booking the hotel in Expedia that it is a motel, not a hotel so imagine our surprise when we arrived in the hotel and seeing guests casually checking in for one hour or three hours for a "good time". While checking out, it was only during that time that I noticed their signage that guests must be 18 years old and above as it was an "adult" hotel. It was horrible and disgusting.

You get what you paid for
You get what you paid for. I was just on a short transit and just needed a place to crash for the long journey the next day. It is close to MRT Cubao, which is convinient if you wanna travel within the metro system. Lots of local vendors in the street. If you wanna go to the more decent dining... There are a couple of malls with known international chain. The room has a PC unit (despite the internet was not working on the day that I stayed in).

It is disappointed when you booked online with full board and upon checked in was d package including breakfast only...the receptionist insisting that the online was not true...it means the hotel was just fooling the consumers to attract their hotel...it was totally disappointed and even they dont bothered to apologize and they just ignored. Very poor service!!!
