Toller Service und gutes Frühstück
Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort und habe leider ein Zimmer bekommen mit miserablen Fenstern an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Mit dem Geräusch der Klimaanlage konnte man aber schlafen. Free Wifi hat man auf 75MB am Tag eingeschränkt. Ich habe das reklamiert und habe mehrfach um Reset gebeten - lästig! Ansonsten wirklich zu empfehlen

Alles in allem, ganz gut.
Auch wenn das Hotel sehr ungünstig liegt, war der Service, die Sauberkeit und das Personal recht gut. Frühstückangebot war kleine aber fein, mir hat es gereicht. Vielleicht nicht unbedingt für längere Urlaubsaufenthalte, sondern eher für 3-5 Tage auf Geschäftsreise geeignet.

Sanitaere Einrichtungen etwas veraltet und stoerungsanfaellig. Hotelumgebung nicht einladend. Aber fuer eine Uebenachtung doch sehr preiswert.

La habitacion esta bien, es grande, la cama es comoda, el personal es amable, el desayuno lo tienes que reservar el dia antes pero eso al parecer es tipico de Filipinas, a una calle hay una avenida muy transitada que te lleva al centro (una buena caminata de 20 min a paso rapido) en la parte de atras un barrio muy pobre, el hotel esta entre medias del centro y la zona turistica, lo bueno es que a tres calles esta el metro o tren rapido, que te deja en un momento en la zona turistica o en el centro

Hotel staff including the guards are friendly, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. This is the most important for me. I really enjoyed dining at Cafe Mondo and their ‘daing na bangus” is simply the best. I enjoyed my weeklong stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Makati area.

Nice hotel in a central location. 2 employees were rude to me (Pedro the morning cook and Joy Villarreal). However, Victoria the manager surprised me on my Birthday with a Cake and a Happy Birthday song. All employees are nice BUT few are special: Mel the Lobby Host, Paula from the Cafe, Via from the Lobby, Victoria the Hotel Manager.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into. Staff are absolutely amazing but the room stank like a sewer pit and location was far from anything. I checked out after 5 mins of being there. It’s not the staffs fault as they were so nice but this is not a hotel for the average westerner.

Amazing hotel, should be 4.5 star to 5 star. Well maintained, always clean, tidy. All employees are nice, polite and hard working. Just have to mention someone who is special: 1) Victoria the Manager is polite, patient, professional, helpful, humble and hard working. Had my birthday and Victoria the Manager and all employees surprised me with a birthday cake and a Happy Birthday song..thank you.

Coming bac to Herald Suites Solana is like coming to our home away from home in the Philippines. Checking was easy and fast as always. The staff met us with welcome drink and we our key straight away. The management and the staff make HSS far above the rest in Manila. The breakfast was plentiful , tasty and did not take long to arrive each morning. We will be back again and very soon.
