Upon reservation
Please provide IDs and passport copies as required by the condo management. No guests can be allowed in the facility without approval from condo management.

Parking
1. Parking is to be reserved for a fee upon booking

Airport Pickup
1. Airport transfers should be arranged with us upon booking for a fee

Smoking
1. Smoking and vaping is only allowed in the balconies
2. No smoking inside the unit
3. Should there be smell or traces of smoking inside the unit, we will charge you for Php 10,000 for deep cleaning

Cooking
1. We only allow light cooking inside the unit
2. Frying fish, dried or fresh, is not allowed as would smell in the whole unit
3. Pls move the curtains to the left when cooking to prevent fire and damage to the unit
4. Pls turn on the range hood when cooking

Pool
1. Pool is under maintenance every Mondays and is not acccessible for use

Others
1. It is our pleasure to provide items for your use within the unit. Please do not bring any items outside the unit nor move or transfer to other units
2. Any item found lost will be charged to your account
