„Perfect “

„Great hotel, clean rooms and nice breakfast“

„Nice stay. Metro is right next to Hotel. From Hotel to Downtown, Metro takes approx 30-45min. Could also use the swimmingpool after check-out to refresh before a midnight flight from Hong Kong. HKIA can be reached via Metro/Ferry.“

„Finding the place was a huge challenge. The address for Uhome doesn't give even the taxi driver where to take you. First day was very hard. There is a washing machine inside the unit but I tried washing the clothes a few times but the machine doesn't do a good job. The host is friendly and there is a daily room service.“

„Amazing appart hotel, modern, clean, spacious, well equipped, super helpful staff and good location“

„Very nice apartment, convenient location, excellent customer service from check in to check out. Highly recommend.“

„Our stay was excellent! Only stayed one night but can say the staff was helpful, room was clean with a great view, and the washing machine is a lifesaver halfway through our long trip. Knocked down a star because our soap was not prefilled and the TV has a 5 minute ad every time you start it up.“

„Convenient location and it was a valuable experience staying in this hotel. We would stay again in the near future.“

„Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is ...
