Apartment with a view of Lake Garda, located within a residential complex with four communal swimming pools and a spacious garden rich in greenery, in Manerba del Garda.



The apartment, located on the second floor accessible by stairs, consists of a living room with two comfortable sofas, both convertible into single beds, a pull-out bed, a television, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a microwave, electric hob, kettle and American coffee machine. From the living room, through a French window, you access the balcony from which you can enjoy a glimpse of the lake. The house continues with a bedroom furnished with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower.



The residence offers:

-4 communal swimming pools available from 01/06 to 01/09, including one Olympic, one panoramic and two for children. (Swimming cap may be required)

- 4 tennis courts (private lessons are also available)

The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of Valtenesi and in the hinterland, agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, horse riding experiences, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential nucleus is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a height overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Oriented Nature Reserve of the Rocca and Sasso, from where it is possible to see most of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



The apartment is located 30 minutes by car from the Desenzano railway station and approximately 50 km from Verona airport.
