Wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Meer und der Strand war sehr angenehm. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir haben den Aufenthalt voll genossen. Gut ausgestattetes Haus ganz nahe am Strand Rio de Mar. Ziemlich weit von dem Zentrum c.a 25 Minuten zu Fuß und der Weg ist überhaupt nicht Fußgängerfreundlich. Der Gastgeber ist super, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war immer reibungslos. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder kommen und allen dieses Haus empfehlen.

Top Ferienhaus
Tolles und sehr sauberes Haus mit großzügiger Ausstattung für italienische Verhältnisse ! Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafraum und zwei Badezimmer. Die Küche beinhaltet sämtliches Zubehör. Die Betten waren auch bequem. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wobei wir meisten nach Porto cesareo gefahren sind .Innerhalb unseres 14 tägigen Aufenthaltes in diesem Haus, haben wir eine herrliche Zeit verbracht. Pasquale war immer sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Pasquale. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder ☀️☀️☀️☀️

Top kommunikation !! wir hatten insgesammt 3 Fereienwohnungen im Urlaub bei Pasquale war die Kommunikation sowie der Ablauf perfekt besser ist nicht möglich. Das Haus ist im Top zustand und sauber !!! vorm dem Haus ist die Straße sehr verdreckt ( das liegt aber nicht an Pasquale sondern ist ein generelles Problem in Süditalinen) dafür ist man in wenigen Minuten an einem Top Badestrand Sand und kristallklares Wasser . Da wir nur in der Nähe Verwandte besucht haben waren wir nur für 3 Nächte im Hause, würden aber immer wieder kommen. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland an Pasquale

De bonnes Vacances
Accueil fort sympathique de Pasquale malgré une arrivée à une heure avancée de la soirée. Maison très propre mais peu de commerce accessible à pied à cette saison de l'année. Le quartier a peu de charme. La maison est très agréable et bien située géographiquement pour visiter une bonne partie des Pouilles. Tout le confort est présent. PAsquale est très réactif pour répondre à nos diverses questions. On recommande bien évidemment!

Magnifique expérience
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette très belle maison avec un bel espace extérieur, des chambres spacieuses, toutes les commodités, parking, machine à laver et lave vaisselle, wi-fi, très proche de la mer à pied, une supérette juste à côté. Nous n'avons quasiment pas eu besoin d'utiliser notre voiture et c'est un gros plus pour nous pendant les vacances. La maison est très bien agencée mais surtout très propre. Pasquale était disponible et réactif sur place mais également lors de la réservation et les quelques jours avant notre arrivée. Le rapport/qualité prix est exceptionnel. Nous nous réjouissons de pouvoir réserver à nouveau lors de notre prochain séjour dans les Pouilles.

All’insegna del relax!
La villa è dotata proprio di tutte le comodità, vicinissima al mare (qualche minuto a piedi). Nonostante la puntuale descrizione della casa, siamo rimasti sbalorditi, appena arrivati, soprattutto per le condizioni e la pulizia, Il proprietario poi, è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. Sicuramente lo consiglio a chi, come me, cerca un po’ di tranquillità e di relax al mare.

Eccellente !!!
Soddisfatti al 110% !!! I proprietari di casa sono persone a dir poco fantastiche ... ci siamo subito sentiti a casa . La pulizia della casa e’ eccellente e gli spazi ,tra L esterno e L interno a dir poco stupendi !!! La spiaggia e’ raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti !! Tra accoglienza , pulizia , vicinanza al mare e casa stupenda il voto non può che superare di gran lunga il 10 !!! Ci tornerei domani stesso !!! Pienamente soddisfatti della scelta fatta , che rifaremmo altre 1000 volte ad occhi chiusi !!

Lovely villa exactly what we were looking for
Attending a family wedding in Italy with a few days to explore the area as well we stayed in this very well equipped, clean, spacious, safe villa, plenty of room for the 6 of us & ample hot water, we paid he small fee for the bed linen & towels everything fresh & clean, car essential but a short walk takes you to a lovely beach, we stayed slightly before the season starts so quiet & not everywhere open but we found places to eat & a supermarket not to far away or we just prepared our meals & stayed at the villa as everything We needed was available Pasquale the owner was on hand & easily contactable we can highly recommend this villa for a great place to stay with all the amenities you need

Un pied a terre de tout comfort proche de la mer
Une grande maison pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, à deux pas de la mer, de nombreuses supérettes à proximité ainsi que boulangerie, restaurants et surtout gelateria. Le WiFi, le parking, la machine a laver et le lave vaisselle sont des atouts indéniables. Pasquale et Ana sont très accueillants, serviables et flexibles. Pour quelques euros de plus nous avons même pu profiter des lits faits a notre arrivée mais aussi du prêt de serviettes de toilettes et de plages, ce qui nous a permis d'alléger nos bagages! La plage (de sable fin et aux eaux transparentes) se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied sans aucun problème pour trouver de la place à toute heure même en début Aout. En résumé, une très bonne location qui nous permis de faire une pause lors de la visite des pouilles.

Prima huis vlakbij prachtige zee
Mooie recente woning met al het nodige en prettig terras. Altijd snelle reactie van supervriendelijke eigenaar op onze vragen. Lakens en ruime set mooie handdoeken voor klein extra bedrag. We waren hier buiten seizoen en woning is hier zeer geschikt voor: goede verwarming & warme goede douches. De zee met achterliggende duinen is vlakbij. Kortom een prima vakantiehuis voor een vakantie aan zee, voor culturele uitjes (gallipoli,lecce, manduria,!!!) etc

A neat, tidy and we'll thought out house with all you need.
We were greeted by Pasquale and Anna on the first evening. They were very hospitable and showed us around the house. The house sleeps eight and all the beds were made up for the six of us (bedding and towels are provided for a small extra fee). Hot water was plentiful and the units in the rooms provide air con and heating. Two bikes were provided for short rides along the coastal road. The beach was beautiful and deserted, being early November, which is how we like it. The surrounding area is quite rural and at this time of the year the closest supermarket is a drive away. Pasquale tells me that they plan to install a dishwasher and WiFi for the coming season. We enjoyed a break from technology for the week and teaching our children how to wash up! A very pleasant stay metres away from an idyllic beach.
