i think whole issue is you was half informed and presume to be include everything, hotel.com clearly mentioned while booking whether you want to book with or without breakfast, when you book without breakfast how can you claim for it. yes services are listed that does not mean they are free to offer, and yes we are close to beach, again if you presume to be jumping out on sand from hotel then there is an problem. about the ac it was fixed as soon as you bought it to the notice of front desk. plus it was not a door but glass broke...you use the room for two days and third day glass broke..!!!!!!! what should we call it and incident or co incident.. but we replace the room without charging you anything.. about the taxi it not listed either plus it an hotel policy that we don't call any taxi , guest either call on the available number outside the hotel gate or make their own way....
