„Our family loved our weekend at Highlands Lake House. Sam was amazing to communicate with. Location stunning. House had great atmosphere. We loved the log fire and fire pit. Highly recommend. Only comment would be to Stayz that it would improve information for people with additional needs if you listed each accessibility feature rather than just a generic ‘wheelchair accessible’ comment. „A beautiful and peaceful place—we really enjoyed our stay, and so did our dog! The only suggestion would be to upgrade some of the cooking essentials, such as the chopping board and knives, as we felt limited when preparing meals.“

„The property itself is fantastic for a quiet stay in the Highlands for my family. The property itself is well designed and thought through. The fire places in winter are always a hit. My daughter did get a great kick out of the automatic mower doing its thing in the large grassed area. It’s such short trip into Bundanoon also and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at Potters Pantry each day we were up. Worth the visit again!“

„The property was beautiful and very picturesque. The house and shed were very clean with all the things that you need to have a comfortable stay. The underfloor heating was lovely given that we stayed in the middle of winter. Along with the fireplace, we were very comfortable and didn’t get cold. The house is spacious and styled beautifully.“

"Wir hatten Zimmer 114. Gut war der kurze Weg zum Pakplatz mit dem Gepäck. Gut war das Bett und sauber. Alle Handtücher bzw. Badetücher waren nicht frisch und haben benützt gerochen. Das ist grauslich. Dusche mit Handbrause ist gut. Zimmer Größe gut. Leider keine Fliegengitter daher kann man das Fenster nicht öffnen ohne das Motten und Käfer hereinkommen. Daher waren wir im stinkenden Zimmer eingesperrt ohne Frischluft. Der alte schwarze Teppich und das ganze Zimmer riechen nicht gut. Abends und Nachts hat es viel geregnet und das Wasser kam zwischen Fenster und Vorhang ins Zimmer. Es hat die ganze Nacht hereingeregnet. Wieder einmal eines der schlechtesten Zimmer für Expedia."
