„We loved this duplex! It’s cozy, but great for a family of four, especially if you plan to get out. Bedrooms were great, and communicating with Victoria was easy. She went above and beyond. The best, though, was the neighborhood. It’s walking distance to downtown and a lovely part of Durango. Plus, our pup was super comfortable and enjoyed walks each morning and night. WiFi worked well but was a little shaky when I was on work zooms. We didn’t cook, but kitchen seemed well stocked.“

„The house is spacious and suited 3 generations well. This is our third summer in Durango and our favorite home. The location is close to town but feels remote. It is close to all the activities and restaurants. The kids loved watching the chipmunks. I miss it already. Dennis is wonderful to communicate with. “
