„The surfaces of the appliances were clean, but there were spider webs on the chair legs, dead roaches (we counted 11!!), hair in the guest bathtub, and the furniture needs to be cleaned (the upholstery on the sofa and bar stools is very dirty and soiled). We had a 16-month-old with us and we had to vacuum the entire kitchen/den area to get up the roaches and remove the spider webs. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness.
