An der Bar im Keller kann noch gearbeitet werden. Ein GinTonic : erst Eiswürfel, dann Gin ins Glas und dann feststellen das es gar keinen Tonic gibt. Die Preise dafür ziemlich deftig. Lieber in der Umgebung einen gemütlichen Pub schen.

We were given a room on the ground floor alongside a construction site that was going on next door. well, from 8am we may as well of been sleeping outside inside the construction site. I don’t really understand why we were given this room because the hotel itself was very quiet and not busy at all. This really wasn’t what we needed after a 6 hour drive to the hotel and it’s a shame as the room and hotel reception area were both lovely. Would not recommend whilst work is ongoing next door or at least ask for a room as far away from it as possible.

liked: Friendly staffs with big smell. USB socket (surprisingly not a must have facility in UK hotel). Nice touch of bed sheets. Smooth wi-fi (i’m not a gamer tho). Enough lightening. unliked: Very noise, can heard everyone open and close door in corridor, sound from next room, sound from the street since 6am (I stayed at 1F). Room not well furnished. Kettle smell very hygiene (smell of bleach) with some water left in kettle and dust on it. NO FRIDGE. No hand shower, takes longer time for showing. No filtered water machine. TV remote not working well, and it was not a smart TV.

Never been to Manchester so did not know area but just seemed a dark area if I was on my own. The hotel was great. Check in was flawless & Cipri on reception was so welcoming & professional & answered all my questions. The rooms were also very nice & would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone.

I stayed at this property with my friend for one night to attend a concert. Location wise this hotel was great as it was only a 5 minute walk to the o2 ritz arena. Check in was quick and simple, you have the opportunity to check in via a tablet or go to a staff member instead. We checked in with the staff as this was quicker. The staff member on the desk was super friendly and welcoming. The room was a decent size, lots of space to move around. The bed was a superking and the bathroom had everything you need. The lighting is quite dim in the room but this is to be expected in winter. The room was clean however it wasn’t cleaned to the highest of standards. Two of the pillows on the bed had stains, one of them stained with what looked to be dried blood and the bedsheets underneath also had stains, these looked like bleach stains presumably from the cleaners. The staff on shift however were polite and came to change the pillows no questions asked. We were also offered complimentary breakfast because of this. If you need an affordable place to stay in the city centre this is a decent hotel, it would just be better if it was cleaned to a higher standard.

24/7 reception and city centre so 10 minutes walk to almost anything. Only issue was that my mug for my drink in my room had coffee stains on and so was not cleaned properly from the previous occupiers. Room in general was spacious and clean with hair dryer and amenities.

In general the hotel was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful when required. My only issues were in relation to the food / restaurant. I was told the restaurant was open until 10pm for food. When I went down just before 9pm I was informed by staff that there was no chef at work so no food!! Despite being told by reception it was available. Breakfast not included in my price and was £12.50 per day. This was a very average breakfast with not much choice or variety.

Very welcoming team at reception. Hotel is in a great location. We managed to get a parking space £16 for 24 hours just behind the hotel. The room had everything we needed. Some tired looking grout in the bathroom still clean. Overall great value for money
