Parking:
Do not park on the street to avoid tickets. Driveway should accommodate 2 cars. There’s extra parking at the back of the property.

Guests have full access to the entire home and a private entrance for easy and convenient check-ins.

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete our guest verification process, provide a valid ID, and sign our rental agreement.

A refundable security fee of £250 is required before access details are released. This is used to cover potential damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations beyond normal wear and tear.

Pets are welcome only when declared and approved in advance. A pet fee of £60 per pet applies and will be added after your booking is confirmed via our secure guest portal. Undeclared pets may result in additional charges.

Check-in instructions will only be shared on the day of arrival once all required steps are completed, including verification, rental agreement, security fee, and any applicable pet fees.

Guest Portal, Verification & Required Fees:
After booking, guests must complete the required verification process through our secure guest portal. This includes providing ID, signing the rental agreement, settling the refundable security fee, and paying any applicable pet fees.

Check-in details will only be released once all required steps are completed. Failure to complete the guest portal requirements before arrival may delay or prevent check-in.

Security Fee & Responsibility:
A refundable security fee of £250 is required before check-in. Any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized pets, parties, or rule violations may be charged against the security fee or requested through the platform/guest portal where applicable.

Pets:
Pets must be declared before arrival and approved in advance. A £60 fee applies per pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and for any pet-related damage, stains, odours, or extra cleaning required.

Care & Respect:
Please treat the property with care and respect. Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.

Noise, Parties & Prohibited Items:
Parties, events, drugs, glitter, smoking, and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected, especially during evenings and overnight.

Guest Count:
Only registered guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors or overnight guests must be approved in advance.

Check-Out:
Guests must check out on time unless a late check-out has been approved in advance. Late check-out without approval may result in additional charges.
