We were staying for an event at the nearby Concorde Conference Centre. The hotel was conveniently situated and the price was reasonable. Given that it serves the airport we expected it to be bsuy through the night with people leaving for flights and arriving from late flights, however, this was not the case. Our room was a ground floor room and it did suffer from some traffic noise as we faced out onto the nearby road. This was not of a level to cause any sleep disturbance though. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and well furnished and in good repair. We had the breakfast which was of a good standard. Overall, if we were flying from manchester or staying in that area, we would definitely stay here again

Staff was very friendly and helpful on arrival, during and on leaving, it wasn't in walking distance as stated' that was only disappointment, £17 in taxi from station. Not close. Other than that was an excellent stay, good food, i asked the staff for extra quilt (nephew wanted to sleep on pull out bed lol) came with quilt,sheet n extra pillows, very welcoming and would definitely stay again. Recommended. BEWARE the taxi fees though

The Hotel name indicates it's an Airport hotel, yet it doesn't provide shuttles to and from the airport. Misleading to call themselves an Airport Hotel. Thankfully, breakfast is included in the cost of the room.

I am disabled and have difficulty with access I found this hotel accessible for me and close enough to the airport so I didn’t have to rush in the morning as I experience paralysis nightly If possible next time do you have disabled room with electric beds and bigger bathroom areas so family can help me better We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be using you again Thankyou

Bathroom water was leaking into the room. I complained but nobody came to have a look. Upon second complaint after 3hrs then someone came. The rooms were too hot at night there was no temperature control inside the rooms to lower the temperature.

Really good quality room and bathroom spaces. Really pleased to have a walk in shower, iron and good quality hair dryer. Would have liked a small fridge for the room. Breakfast was basic - would have liked at least some alternatives (for example, other options of egg other than scrambled). Rushed by reception staff in all interactions. Having stayed for 3 nights at the hotel, every morning the reception team wished me to have a good holiday, which would have been lovely had I been going on holiday. While many customers may be stopping over on the way to the airport, not everyone is, so this is a missed aspect of appropriate customer care.

Breakfast and staff were excellent, as was bathroom/shower. Hallways are jaded, worn looking, as was the sofa in the lounge. We would use this property again, but might hesitate to recommend it to others.
