The Space:

Step out of the lift on the top floor and the views hit you immediately. Double height, floor to ceiling windows run the full length of the apartment, framing the Manchester skyline. The wrap around balcony gives you a front row seat to the Northern Quarter and beyond.



This is a proper penthouse duplex. The bedroom sits on its own mezzanine level above the main living space, giving you real separation between sleeping and living. With a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs, it comfortably sleeps up to four guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and with a washer and dryer inside the apartment it works just as well for a week long stay as a weekend break. Air conditioning keeps the place comfortable year round.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



Parking is available nearby. The Northern Quarter Car Park on Tib Street is a 2 minute walk and Port Street open car park is 3 minutes away.

Hilton Street sits just steps from Piccadilly Gardens, surrounded by independent coffee shops, bars, restaurants and vintage stores. Afflecks Palace, Stevenson Square and the bustling Thomas Street are all on your doorstep. The Arndale Centre is a short walk away for high street shopping, and Ancoats, known for its award-winning restaurants, is just around the corner.



Getting Around:

Piccadilly Gardens tram and bus interchange is a two to three minute walk from the front door, connecting you to every corner of Manchester including the Etihad Stadium, Old Trafford, MediaCityUK, the airport and beyond.



Manchester Piccadilly station is around a ten minute walk, with direct trains to London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and most major UK cities. The property's central location makes it incredibly easy to reach by public transport from anywhere in the country.



Paid parking is available nearby. NCP Dale Street (M1 1JA) is roughly a five minute walk and offers hourly and daily rates.



Uber operates throughout the city.
