The Space:

This spacious 6 bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests across a generous layout.

The living room comes with Sky TV, perfect for winding down after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including tea, coffee, a toaster and microwave. A dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 6 in the living room.



A washing machine is available for longer stays. We provide fresh linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



We are pet friendly. Please add any pets as a guest at the time of booking as there is an additional charge.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.



You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

The Neighborhood:

Located just 15 minutes from the city centre, Crumpsall is a peaceful, residential area with great access to green spaces like Heaton Park and Crumpsall Park. Well connected by tram (Crumpsall stop 5 mins walk) and bus routes, it's a convenient base for exploring Manchester while enjoying a quieter stay.



Getting Around:

Three Metrolink tram stops are within walking distance: Crumpsall (5 minutes), Bowker Vale and Abraham Moss. All sit on the Bury Line, with frequent trams (every 6 minutes at peak times) offering fast links to Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Victoria.



Numerous bus routes (88, 89, 149, 154, 59, 41) connect Crumpsall with the city centre, hospital and surrounding areas.



Parking: There is free on street parking just outside the property.



For drivers, the nearby M60 orbital motorway provides excellent access across Greater Manchester.



Uber operates throughout the city.

We live in Manchester (and love Manchester!) so are on hand if needed but generally we leave you to enjoy your stay. The apartment is self check-in, meaning no stress with arrival times.
