sorry for the inconvenience we've caused. The day you arrived there was a problem with electrical system,which couldn't be solved. The generatör elevetors, light etc. weren't working at all. The guard didn't speak english and he couldn't explain you the whole situation. We weren't actually claused be incapable of accepting guests. Please accept our apologies. The reason for check-in to take long was our trying to explain that you cannot bring your bike into the lobby and that our parking area is secure enough.
