Before our child’s nap at 12:00, only snacks were available in one location. More flexible lunch options would help families with young children.
The housekeeping team and all staff in the bars and restaurants were excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional.A special shoutout to the pool bar staff and bartenders—they were fantastic. My only “complaint” is that after about 12 cocktails, I still walked back to my room in a perfectly straight line and probably could have solved a math exam. 😄 Either they invented the world’s first hangover-proof cocktails, or the alcohol is added on a homeopathic level. The drinks tasted great, but if you want strong cocktails, you may need a few extra. I never thought I could drink that many cocktails in one day and have my liver completely unsurprised! In the end, I wasn’t sure what I challenged more—my liver with alcohol or my waistline with all the sugar and calories. I think the calories won! The International Restaurant was our favorite—the food was delicious and 10/10. Unfortunately, reception was the weakest point. At check-in, we received almost no information about the resort, restaurants, opening hours, or facilities. The gentleman with black hair at reception was unprofessional and unfriendly. The entertainment program could also be improved."
