Amazing hospitality
The staff were fantastic. They really go an extra mile to make your stay a comfortable one. Shiva, Arvind, Vishal and the Kitchen service staff were really amazing. Even the housekeeping staff. They wear a amile always and that's what you want to see in their face too. The place is relatively new and clean. Food was amazing too! Will recommend for the services without a question.

Good rooms with average amenities
The room is amazing, the views are splendid. It’s a bit far from Manali in Shuru. The room has centralized thermostat for temperature that works really well. The food was amazing and food service was amazing. Food quantity was amazing (I’d suggest order half of whatever you want. It’d be sufficient.) However, when we checked in, the linen was dirty and drinking water was not provided. We had to call multiple times. They do claim to have hot running water but it’s lightly lukewarm water. So light that it turns cold by the time the water droplets reach you from the shower head. Overall it’s a good hotel with some critical flaws such as no bathtub in presedential suite and lukewarm hot water.

Great resprt, espcially in the winter, as they have central heating and 24/7 instant hot water, which is luxurious and hard to come by in Manali. The staff went above and beyond and were always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed.

The location of the hotel is very comfortable and out of the crowd of the city. The view from the windows are just mesmerizing. The food is vegetarian, but delicious.

Not a 4 star resort but a good view of mountains
The term “resort” seems to be used very loosely in this region. This place was listed as 4 star but I really don’t think it deserves more than 3 stars. Our room had visible dust on the floor and surfaces, there were other hotels immediately adjacent on both sides, the “do not disturb” setting seemed to have no effect on the doorbell as we were awakened by teenage pranksters and a mistaken room service boy, and the kitchen called us 2 nights in a row to ask if we wanted dinner. Definitely was overpriced but at least was well outside the busy town and did provide good mountain views and tasty vegetarian breakfast buffets (when there was sufficient occupancy to warrant the buffet)

This is an excellent hotel with friendly service, comfortable room, and cleanliness. This hotel is a bit far from the city, but we found it no problem as we had our own car.

New property. Very nice location.
The hotel staff created a home away from home atmosphere. The food is testy and the staff is exceptionally attentive and hospitable . I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
