Das Hotel liegt wenige Minuten vom Zentrum Granadas entfernt. Es ist kein Verkehrslärm wahrzunehmen und am Morgen wurden wir vom Gesang der tropischen Vögel geweckt. Auf jeden Fall werden wir bei einem folgenden Besuch der Familie wieder dieses familienfreundliche Hotel buchen.

Ingrid was exceptionally great! I asked her to decorate the room to surprise my husband for his birthday and she did and I was super greatful. The facilities are outdated not very clean but location is great. For the price you get what you get. Thanks Ingrid

Lovely, central hotel with traditional Nicaraguan breakfast…only would add that the Wi-Fi isn’t strong. But a super stay for our family of four. The pool was a welcome sight!

Il y avait plus de 100 moustiques tigres dans la chambre et aucune moustiquaire. La chambre était sale. Nous n'avons pas dormi dans cet hôtel et sommes toujours en attente du remboursement de la part de @EBOOKERS Le veilleur était tout à fait compréhensif mais l'hôtel étant plein, n'avait aucune solution à proposer.

Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Petits déjeuners complets et très bons. Mais…nous avions réservé une chambre avec la cuisinière et un gros réfrigérateur. A notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas disponible. La personne responsable nous a dit que nous l’aurions lundi…..nous sommes restés 3 jours et nous ne l’avons jamais eu. Ils nous ont apportés un petit frigo a notre demande mais nous n’avons jamais eu de cuisinière ni de four a micro-ondes. Notre erreur….ne pas avoir contacté Expédia immédiatement. Les chambres sont un peu désuètes, l’internet ne fonctionne pas ni dans la salle de bain ni près du lit. L’eau est chaude a souhait. Le centre-ville est tout près avec de bons restaurants. Dans l’ensemble une belle expérience mais déception au niveau de la chambre réservée et payée.

Buenos dias Estimado Marc , Un gusto Saludarte , Agradecemos el tiempo que nos has dedicado en tus comentarios para mejorar cada dia y brindar siempre un buen servicio , nos gustaria mencionar que para recibir el uso de cocina y refrigerador debe ser solicitado con anticipacion y es aplicable para largas estadias como minimo de una semana completa ,referente al Wifi pagamos el mejor servicio para satisfacer a nuestros clientes el cual cubre una señal de alcance de hasta 100 metros ,Esperando continuen disfrutando de una agradable estadia por nuestro Pais ,saludes cordiales deseandole buen dia Ingrid .

Mosquitoes and Lack of cleaning
We didn’t have hot water for the 3 nights we stayed. The room was cleaned on 2 nights but not the 3rd. It’s not the room necessarily that needs cleaning but emptying the bathroom bin which isn’t great to have to live with. We killed at least 15 mosquitoes in the room on day 1 and around the courtyard was full of mosquitoes. Breakfast was good and location is good only a few blocks away from the central square. The room had a fridge which was handy as well

Buenos dias Estimada Neil Un gusto saludarle , agradecemos el tiempo que ha dedicado para ayudarnos a mejorar con sus recomendaciones.Nosotros mantenemos todo el hotel y los jardines fumigados permanentemente , siendo nuestro clima tropical hay insectos que viven en nuestro territorio de los cuales solo la naturaleza puede tener un control total .Referente al servicio de agua caliente hemos realizado una inversion en un Calentador profesional el cual produce 11 galones por minuto para brindar un buen servicio y que sean satisfechos nuestros clientes quizas durante la instalacion del mismo usted se encontraba alojada .Respecto a la limpieza es nuestro deber aceptar la sugerencia de nuestros clientes para mantener el elevado standar que queremos siempre asegurar a nuestros huespedes .Deseandole un excelente dia ,Reciba un cordial saludo Ingrid A.

Excellent stay of 5 nights at this awesome boutique hotel in Granada. The rooms have AC, big and spacious, with a lovely pool to cool down. The location is great and for about $30 a night, we got delicious Nica style breakfasts. Also the staff are awesome and treat you like family- highly recommend!
