Ein wirklich sehr angenehmes Hotel mit einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberehepaar. Auf Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und Sauberkeit wird sehr großer Wert gelegt. Rauchen erlaubt wo keine anderen damit belästigt werden (z.B. Balkon). Traumhafter Pool, entzückende tierische Mitbewohner (Hunde und Katzen, dadurch aber auch die Mitnahme eigener Haustiere nicht möglich). Ein Hotel unweit des Zentrums auf sehr hohem Niveau!!!

Exzellentes, wunderschöne Haus in herrlicher Lage
Wir haben 10 herrliche, erholsame Tage in diesem wunderschönen, neuen Hotel, mit großem Garten, mit Liegestühlen am großem, gepflegten Pool mit Poolbar verbracht. Im geräumigen, sehr sauberen und komfortabel ausgestattetem Zimmer mit großem Bad haben wir uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. In den Schaukelstühlen auf dem Balkon konnten wir uns mit Blick in den Garten und auf die Stadt prima entspannen. Der Eigentümer und seiner Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie waren immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und standen uns bei unseren Fragen zur Seite und hatten Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch das Team war stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück, das wir auf der Terrasse einnehmen konnten, war abwechslungsreich, frisch zubereitet und super lecker, ebenso das Essen im Restaurant. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und falls wir wieder nach Granada kommen, werden wir im " Garten von Granada" einchecken. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Garten Eden mitten in Granada
Eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Stadt dank riesigem Garten mit gepflegtem Pool, Fruchtbäumen, Blumen und motivierten freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Die Zimmer sind extrem sauber, schlicht und doch mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. Das Personal hilft bei der Ausflugsplanung und ist bemüht, alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Die ganze Anlage ist neu.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Jardin. Customer service was 10/10, the shower was hot, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the square, which was perfect if you prefer a quieter hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay. It was easy to find and the staff all around were great. The facility is well kept with nice amenities but still small enough to feel personal. The breakfast was fresh with great coffee. Don’t forget to pet the house animals as they were a nice touch to this property.

We left a pair of ray an sunglasses and we were notified in Expedia email. We drove back to Granada from Leon to pick them up. She. We are arrive the wife (Guatemalan) from the Owner (Steve) told us that it was not ours that some one else have lost them. We were so mad for making us drive all day and saying this when we l ew these were ours. We only recovered a battery pack which had no use for anyone else.

We tried to send you an email but your email adress were a fake and you phone number also.Later you called us and you told us that you lost your sunglasses. We asked you the color and the brand of your sunglasses and you didnt know it.We told you that we found sunglasses and a battery for a photo camera.When you showed up, you told us that the sunglasses are not yours .You didnt left your sunglasses in your room, maybe you lost it outside of our hotel.Next time please be respectful with our workers. The owners are super nice and kind,very helpful with advice or booking trips or any problem that may arise.The property and the rooms are just like the pictures,clean and very beautifully decorated. Quiet and safe neighborhood and walking distance to downtown.The coffee and the breakfast are outstanding! We surely will be coming back here,we stayed six nights and it was beautiful.

Michael and Marcia have built a wonderful oasis in the heart of Grenada. They made me feel like a visiting friend, not just a customer. I had a great room overlooking the pool and gardens, with the volcano in the background. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return to Granada.

It was first time I was in Granada. If I will go there again I will go for the Hotel Jardin. It was clean, quite, very friendly and relaxing. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff very helpful for any inquires. Hotel owners Michael and his wife Marcia they are extremely focused on guest comfort. Very safe area. I stayed one week not single bad experience on my walking any time of the day. It is a short walking distance anywhere in town. I strongly recommend Hotel Jardin.

Beautiful spot in Granada
This hotel is wonderful! The room was spacious and very nice with a great view of the beautiful garden area. The owners are also lovely and create a great atmosphere. Great for relaxation and just a short walk to Central Granada. I would definitely stay at Jardin again!

Island of calm in the heart of the city
Loved my stay in Granada. A tranquil, calm, Zen feel right in town. The rooms look out onto the beautiful pool and garden area. I enjoyed just sitting back and relaxing on the patio and watching birds, and vegetation with the city and volcano as the backdrop. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Granada.

Had a geat stay here. Rooms are spacious and super clean. This hotel has all the amenities of a large resort with the personsl touch of a family business. Meals were all excellent. Great smoothies. Pool is clean and accessible. Outdoor dining area is awesome place to stay and read a book after eating. Hilly location always has a breeze. Staff even remembers how you like your food cooked. Location is only a five minute walk from downtown but away from the noise at night.

Un endroit paisible servant de bons déjeuners variés. L’endroit est propre et bien tenu. Il y a de l’eau chaude. Propriétaires très gentils et disponibles. À 10 minutes du centre de la ville mais dans un secteur calme. À recommander sans aucune hésitation.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The pool was beautiful, water was clean and I could even enjoy breakfast and coffee poolside!! The location is excellent. Off the street, secure and close to churches, street market and with a volcano view. The hotel grounds are clean and they grow passion fruit, coffee, eggplant, chilies, mint, bananas, guava and papaya on site!! The food was great in the restaurant and after it closed, Julio was very helpful ordering delivery. The highlight was indeed the staff. Michael, Marcia, Julio were all so incredibly helpful and the two dogs and two cats very friendly and really made the hotel feel like home. I am highly recommending Jardin for anyone wanting to stay near the heart of Granada but yet feel like you’re miles away from town. Thank you for making my stay wonderful ❤️❤️
