„Very comfortable home with a great pool area in a quiet neighborhood. Great for large families or a group of friends. One of the rooms is detached and by the pool with its own bathroom which was great for our needs. While there are a few areas of the house that could use some improvements, the host is extremely accommodating and quick to respond, which makes up for any minor issues.“

„We had an amazing 3 week vacation in PR with friends and family!! This house fit our needs and made our trip!! The beach is amazing and not crowded. The pool was perfect. We cooked, ate, relaxed and had so much fun here! And as an added bonus the restaurant across the street had fabulous food and the best margaritas!! I would recommend this house to all!!!“

„2 nights and 3 days of peace and beautiful views. We followed Claritza's directions to get there and we had no problems. The house is beautiful and clean. I loved the way the house is decorated. We wanted to go to the river, we asked Claritza and she gave us very easy to follow directions. We spent some time at the river, we visited the Adjuntas plaza, we had coffee at Deleite, we visited El Campo es Lena and visited a coffee plantation Jacana. We give this place a 10/10.“

The ACs kept the house and rooms nice and cool It’s a newly built home, but the layout is different from what many mainland U.S. travelers expect. There is no interior stairwell, you must go outside and down a flight of stairs to access the other three bedrooms. „Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.“

"Unfortunately my room had the smell of mold, in a way that you thought you are in a earthy and wet underground cave. Breathing was an issue there, so if you have problems with sleeping in a room without windows and a vent, you should not book this place. The vent in the bathroom was broken and was leaking water onto the toilet. This way, you got wet when using it. Furthermore, the room was extremly dirty, with a white poudery substance on the floor. On top, the music of the arcade was so loud that sleeping was a real problem. The people working there were nice and helpful, but overall its way to expensive for the provided place to sleep savely. "
