„We had a lovely stay in the property. The only thing I'd say is there were no oven gloves or tea towels. The washing up liquid was almost finished and we didn't have enough towels. Apart from those minor things everywhere was really clean, thankfully we had fans in the rooms and dee was great at picking up messages and explaining everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again“

„The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up ...

„This is a 3 storey townhouse which is not wheelchair accessible. Pretty basic but functional. Too many beds in each room gives a cramped, claustrophobic feeling. One room shouldn't even be a bedroom, think was originally designed as a potential ensuite to one of the other rooms but was never completed.Kitchen area okay, nice and clean but not enough space for 13 people to eat together sensibly.Carpets have no underlay and the soundproofing between floors is non existent. „Pleasant stay, good sized rooms. Perfect location as in easy walk to town and river. Overlooking abbey. A little noisy if sleeping in front bedrooms“

„There is no way that house can host 7 people , you couldn’t swing a cat in the living room and there’s only one toilet for 7 people and you have to go through a bedroom and disturb people to get to bathroom .. really disappointed . The seven of us couldn’t sit in “living room” together.“
