Schlafkomfort
Die Wände waren so dünn wie Papier, sodass man jedes Wort der Nachbarn hören konnte. Das vermeintliche Doppelbett waren zwei einzelne Klappbetten, bei denen man nach einer Nacht jeden Knochen gespürt hat. Die Gäste im Hotel waren zu 99% über 60 Jahre alt. Die Bettdecke bestand aus einem Lacken und einer Wolldecke die total verfilzt war. Die Kissen lösten sich schon beim Hinschauen auf.

We enjoyed our stay at Aluasun. The food was nice, the pool area was great and the staff were helpful and friendly for the most part. However some of the basic amenities were lacking andnwere not really representative of a 4 star hotel. For example there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, lotion, coffee, nothing in the minibar and the walls were paper thin meaning adjacent guests returning can easily wake you up. Also the wifi signal made it unusable and my husband had to use up his data. A bit annoying when we had paid for this service.

Hotellihuoneiden seinät ja ovet paperia. Naapurihuoneista kuuluu aivan kaikki, jopa naapureiden tavallinen puhe. Myös käytävälle. Myös tv:n ja wc:n äänet kuuluvat todella kovin. Meille sattui äänekkäät naapurit ja 4 kertaa kahden yön aikana käytiin huomauttamassa, myös respaan otettiin asiasta yhteyttä. Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä rantaa, mutta melko korkealla, joka on hyvä ottaa huomioon hotellia varatessa. Ruokala myös todella meluisa, tuolit epäsiistit ja kangaspäälliset likaiset. Ulos ei päässyt syömään. Allasalueet olivat mukavat, ruoka hyvää. All-inclusive juomarajoitteet alkoholin suhteen tulleet kaikkiin hotelleihin uusiin lakeihin perustuen.

Mycket bra hotell
Hotellet har mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jättesköna sängar. Maten är av bra kvalitet och varierat utbud. Perfekt ställe att åka till med småbarn. Det enda negativa jag upplevde var att rummen var lite dåligt städad.

Very much a family hotel
This hotel is very much a family hotel with lots of children about. The entertainment and facilities looked good for them tho I was with adults. Food was very good, room pleasant tho a bit noisey at night from corridors and rooms next door and above even tho they weren’t being overly loud you could still hear music and talking. If I was being picky the bathroom could have done with a deep clean to floor tiles etc but was still clean with towels changed daily.

Aparte de que es un hotel muy grande, me gustan mas familiares, por la noche era imposible estar tranquilo, por la fiesta y jarana, de mal gusto, a mi manera de ver, porque tenias que sufrir si o si, la fiesta del inserso, a no ser que te fueras a la habitacion, tambien incomoda por varios aspectos, sobre todo la tv.. A la hora de la cena ,si llegabas a las 9 , casi ya te echaban del comedor y barriendo el suelo, cuando el personal estaba comiendo.Hemos solicitado el periodico, a las 11 de la noche y dicen que eran para vender, todos los hoteles tienen el periodico, a disposicion del cliente y a esa hora, no creo que comprara nadie el periodico. Nice hotel
Staff was very friendly and professional. All inclusive content wasnt best possible but good enough for the price. Hotel is uphill but still quite easily accessible by foot. Rooms were comfortable and common areas were clean. On evening shows that were held indoors, music was too loud. I really recommend this hotel for families, because there werent any drinking partiers on this hotel. Though near (less than 1km) were some english pubs with very noisy brits drinking from Morning till night.

Prima Engels hotel boven op een heuvel.
Prima hotel, met vriendelijke personeel. De prijs voor wifi op je kamer is €2,50 per dag. Wij hadden all-inclusive geboekt, als je van Engelse maaltijden houdt, zit je hier prima. Anders kan je voor een paar euro per persoon prima restaurantjes in de buurt vinden. Het strand is dichtbij, maar wel via een steile weg naar beneden. Het zwembad bij het hotel was koud en ondanks pogingen van het hotel om het tegen te gaan, worden er best vaak stoelen 'gereserveerd' door andere gasten.

Hotel ben posizionato vicino alla spiaggia
Bell'hotel, personale ottimo, struttura ottima e buon prezzo ma alcuni dettagli non esattamente come da descrizione. La camera doppia Sea view che ci hanno dato aveva due letti singoli attaccati e la vista mare era piu che altro alberi piu un piccolo scorcio di mare. Niente di eccezionalmente fastidioso ma non proprio quello che ce scritto sulla descrizione.

Nous sommes allés à cet hôtel en famille avec 2 enfants (13 et 5 ans) du 24/10 au 2/11. L'animation et les repas sont corrects mais notre séjour a été terni par une clientèle (à 90% anglaise) qui ne respectait pas DU TOUT le repos des autres clients. Est-ce dû à l'open bar ouvert jusqu'à 1h du matin? Toujours est-il que quasi tous les clients de notre étage criaient en rentrant dans leur chambre ce qui a eu pour résultats de nous réveiller à plusieurs reprises chaque nuit ......... Bref, à fuir si vous voulez VRAIMENT vous reposer !

Nice hotel, perfect for families
we arrived at the hotel around 11am and was checked in immediately, we were given a room on floor 2 over looking a side street, we decided we wanted a room higher up or on the pool side of the hotel and went to reception and asked if one was available, the information sheet we where given at check in advised you could upgrade to poolside for a few extra euros a night. We were immediately given room 342 overlooking the pool at no extra charge. I had read the reviews which detailed the poolside rooms where noisy but we didn't find this a problem, once you shut the sliding doors you could't really hear anything and we all slept well - the only night we where woken was when a thunder and lightning storm hit at 2.30am, we sat on the balcony just watching the lightning oh and a naked man running up the street in the rain! (very funny). the rooms are basic, we are a family of 3 one a teenager, and the room was big enough for us. Food - was good, always a wide choice, even the fussy teenager managed to find something to eat each day - the bacon on the grill was fab! Entertainment - by the pool each day was fun - it was great watching all the activites that the kids and adults took part in. In the evening it started with "mini disco" followed by Bingo and then the "show" each night it was something different. The beach was within walking distance, as where the bars and nightclubs which where full of 18 - 30 year olds having a great time! We would go again

All personal var väldigt trevliga och tillmötegående. Poolområdet var underdimensionerat och det var svårt att få solsängar (korusning kl. 08,30 när poolområdet öppnade). Maten var ok ! Hotelet var inklämt bland en massa hotel och det kändes instängt !

Disappointed with the Service at Marina Torrenova.
Very Pleasant stay however some members of staff (Bar Staff - Antonio in particular) spoiled our vacation. Hotel was predominantly Spanish senior citizens (which was no problem for us), however we were constantly ignored in the Bar Area and the Dinning Room. Despite our complaint to Hotel Management the situation did not improve. Also having read previous reports we were extremely disappointed with the quality and variety of food on offer during our stay.

Had a little trouble finding the place as the post code was not accurate, but taxi driver found it eventually (42 euros from palma airport). Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was decently big and clean, with a balcony and 2 twin beds placed next to each other, although i requested for a double bed. 1 bed was much softer than the other which was kinda weird. Only negative was that the room did not come with a kettle or a safe, you had to pay something like 4 euros a day for the safe, and 2 euros a day for the kettle. oh swimming pool was under renovation. it didnt' mention this in the description. Location was pretty good, less than 5 mins walk to palma nova beaches and the shops, and less than 10 to magaluf. The bus stop to palma city is about 10 mins walk away, so not to far at all. Lovely walk.

Good hotel, but not without minuses
++ 25 min from airport by taxi, a lot of activies and shops around, good sandy beach in 250-300m from hotel. 3 pools, one of them with small aquapark for children. Children programm and games, but mostly in English. Good food. - - you will here your neighbors very well since walls are really thin like paper.
